Անանուն ընկերությունների հետեւում թաքնվող օլիգարխները, որոնք Մեծ Բրիտանիայում ունեն միլիարդավոր ֆունտ ստեռլինգների արժողության շքեղ տներ եւ կալվածքներ, ստիպված կլինեն հայտնել իրենց անունները կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի նոր կանոններին համապատասխան: Միացյալ Թագավորության կառավարության պլանը ենթադրում Է բրիտանական անշարժ գույքի օտարերկրացի հարուստ սեփականատերերի հայտնաբերումը, որոնց հիմնական գործարարությունը գտնվում Է արտասահմանում: Այդ մասին ապրիլի 6-ին հայտնել Է The Times թերթը:    
 
Ըստ թերթի տեղեկությունների՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի նախարարների կաբինետը որոշել Է ստեղծել աշխարհում առաջին նման գրանցամատյանը: Այնտեղ կնշվեն օլիգարխների, օտարերկրացի կառավարական պաշտոնյաների եւ քաղաքական գործիչների անուններն ու ազգանունները, որոնք ընկերություններն օգտագործել են Լոնդոնում թանկ տների գնման համար՝ դրանով իսկ ազդելով անշարժ գույքի տեղական շուկայի վրա:    
Սույն քայլն, ինչպես տեղեկացրել են Հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի ազգային գործակալությունում, թույլ կտա բարձրացնել անշարժ գույքի շուկայի թափանցիկությունը, հատկապես Լոնդոնի կենտրոնական շրջաններում, կնպաստի հետեւելու անօրինական ճանապարհով ստացված կապիտալի հոսքին եւ փողերի լվացման դեմ պայքարին:  
 
Վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ Անգլիայում եւ Ուելսում արտասահմանյան ընկերություններին Է պատկանում 122 միլիարդ ֆունտ ստեռլինգ (152 միլիարդ դոլար) արժողությամբ անշարժ գույք: Ըստ որում անշարժ գույքի 160 օբյեկտներ, որոնք գնահատվում են 4,4 միլիարդ ֆունտ ստեռլինգ, ձեռքից ձեռք են անցել գաղտնի գործարքների հետեւանքով, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
