ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում ապրիլի 7-ին կայացել է զինված ուժերում կանանց իրավունքների պահպանման և հավասար հնարավորությունների ընձեռման խնդիրներին նվիրված կլոր-սեղան քննարկում, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ ՊՆ, ԶՈՒ, ԶՈՒ ԳՇ կին զինծառայողներ, ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների իգական սեռի կուրսանտներ, կին ազատամարտիկներ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, քննարկումների ընթացքում ներկայացվել են զինված ուժերում մարդու իրավունքների պահպանման և հավասար հնարավորությունների ապահովման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ Մարդու իրավունքների և բարեվարքության կենտրոնի իրականացրած աշխատանքները: Կենտրոնի պետ, փոխգնդապետ Ալիկ Ավետիսյանի գնահատմամբ, կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքներին զուգահեռ դեռևս բավական խնդիրների շտկման անհրաժեշտություն կա:

Կազմակերպված քննարկման շրջանակում ստորագրվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի և ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի միջև 2017թ. համագործակցության ծրագիրը:

ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հետ ՀՀ ՊՆ Մարդու իրավունքների և բարեվարքության կենտրոնի համագործակցությունը 3 տարվա պատմություն ունի և տարեցտարի համագործակցության արդյունքներն ավելի ակնհայտ են դառնում:

«Այս համագործակցությունը խթան է հանդիսանում, որպեսզի կարողանանք օգտվել միջազգային գործընկերների հնարավորություններից, որոնք ունեն համապատասխան հնարավորություններ, փորձագիտական կազմ, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի ապահովել համապատասխան մասնագիտական բազա, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ներդնել միջազգային լավագույն փորձը՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև մեր հասարակության առանձնահատկությունները:

Համագործակցությունն առաջին հերթին ենթադրում է անձանց իրավահավասարության սկզբունքի պահպանում, որպեսզի կանայք կարողանան լիարժեք կերպով ծառայություն իրականացնել զինված ուժերում և չհանդիպեն առաջխաղացման արհեստական խոչընդոտների»,- ասել է Ա. Ավետիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ համագործակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում են կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության թեմայով դասընթացներ նաև ՀՀ ԶՈՒ խաղաղապահ ստորաբաժանումների, ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչների համար՝ այդ կերպ փոխելո վ կանանց ներգրավվածության մասին ընդհանուր ընկալումները:

Համագործակցության ծրագրում ներառված են նաև զինծառայողների կանանց խնդիրներն ու համապատասխան սոցիոլոգիական հարցումների արդյունքում վեր են հանվելու նաև դրանք:
