Վենեսուելայի Մերիդայի նահանգապետ Էնրիկե Կապրիլեսը հայտնել է իր շտաբի հրկիզման մասին, որը պատասխանատու էր նրա արշավի անցկացման համար, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

«Շտա՛պ: Շենքի ներսում մեզ վրա են հարձակվել ռումբերով, հիմա հրշեջներն են աշխատում»,- Twitter-ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է Կապրիլեսը: Ավելի ուշ նա հստակեցրել է, որ տուժածներ չկան, եւ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել կրակը մարած հրշեջներին:

Համացանցում հրապարակված դեպքի վայրի լուսանկարներում Կապրիլեսի շտաբի վրա երեւում են սեւ ծխի սյուներ եւ կրակ:

Մինչդեռ տեղեկություններ են հայտնվել շաբաթ Կարակասում ընդդիմության բողոքի երթի ընթացքում գրանցված տուժողների մասին: Տարբեր վնասվածքներ է ստացել 17 մարդ:
