«Ժողովուրդ». Համապետական հանրահավաքին մնացել է ընդամենը երկու օր. միասնական օրակարգն անհայտ է

Եվ այսպես' ոչ իշխանական եռյակի հրավիրած երկրորդ համապետական հանրահավաքին մնացել է ընդամենը երկու օր, սակայն մինչ օրս հայտնի չէ, թե որն է այն միասնական օրակարգը, որով եռյակը ներկայանալու է հանրությանը: Երեկվա նիստից հետո ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության ղեկավար Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը հայտարարել է, թե եռյակում այս պահին փորձում են մշակել «իշխանափոխության միասնական ճանապարհային քարտեզ»: Գրում է «Ժողովուրդ»-ը:

Չքննարկելով անգամ այդ քարտեզի բուն էությունն ու դրա իրագործման համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանների առկայության հարցը՝ չենք կարող չընդգծել, որ, մեղմ ասած, լուրջ չէ առանց հստակ մշակված եւ որոշված քայլերի իշխանափոխության համար պայքար սկսելը: Այն դեպքում, երբ միասնական օրակարգի ձեւավորման համար եռյակը լիուլի ժամանակ ուներ:

Եթե եռյակի (այն ժամանակ քառյակ էր) մտադրություններն իրապես լուրջ էին, ապա դեռ հայտնի 12 կետերի առաջադրման օրվանից ոչ իշխանական ուժերը պետք է քննարկած-մշակած լինեին իրենց հետագա քայլերի բոլոր տարբերակները: Մինչդեռ կառավարությանը տրված ժամկետի ավարտին հետեւած մարզային հավաքներից հետո անգամ եռյակը չկարողացավ հանգել մեկ միասնական դիրքորոշման եւ այն հնչեցնել հոկտեմբերի10-ի հանրահավաքում:

Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ եռյակում որոշումները կայացվում են' ելնելով իրենց առաջնորդների այդ օրվա տրամադրություններից կամ տեսած երազից: Ընդ որում, հատկապես հոկտեմբերի10-ի հանրահավաքում հարթակին կանգնածների անկազմակերպ պահվածքը, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի անավարտ մնացած ելույթն ու մյուս առաջնորդների հետ քննարկման անհաջող փորձը, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի' հաջորդ հանրահավաքում խոսելու խոստումը եւ Տեր-Պետրոսյանի' իր ընդդիմախոսներին (այդ թվում եւ' Րաֆֆուն) «սաստելու» ոճը որեւէ տեղ չթողեցին' համոզելու, թե եռյակն իր միասնական օրակարգը չի հրապարակում' ժամանակից շուտ խաղաքարտերը չբացելու համար: Բոլորի համար պարզապես ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ հարթակին կանգնած երեք ուժերի միջեւ տարակարծություններն ավելի շատ են, քան ընդհանրությունները:
