ԵԿՄ Քաշաթաղի տարածքային բաժանմունքի նախագահ է վերընտրվել Սեյրան Պողոսյանը

Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության Քաշաթաղի տարածքային բաժանմունքը գործում է արդեն 20 տարի, այժմ ունի 50-ից ավելի անդամ: Ապրիլի 9-ին բաժանմունքի անդամների մասնակցությամբ, շրջվարչակազմի նիստերի դահլիճում, կայացել է ամենամյա հաշվետու ժողովը: Ներկա էին ՀՀ ԵԿՄ վարչության փոխնախագահ Օհան Գևորգյանը, Սյունիքի տարածքային խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանը, Գորիսի տարածքային բաժանմունքի անդամներ, Քաշաթաղի շրջվարչակազմի ղե կավարի տեղակալ Արտուշ Մխիթարյանը, Արցախի ազատամարտիկների միության (ԱԱՄ) շրջանային կառույցի նախագահ Քերոբ Մովսեսյանը, շրջանային զինկոմ Ստեփան Օհանջանյանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ԵԿՄ Քաշաթաղի տարածքային բաժանմունքի փոխնախագահ Զոհրաբ Ըռքոյանը՝ հավելելով. «Մինչ ժողովի սկսվելը երկրապահները ծաղիկներ խոնարհեցին Վահան Զատիկյանի կիսանդրու և ԵԿՄ պուրակում կանգուն խաչքարի մոտ: ԵԿՄ քայլերգի հնչյունների ներքո շրջանի Երիցվանքի Մ. Գրիգորյանի անվան միջն. դպրոցի «Պատանի երկրապահ» ակումբի անդամները ներս բերեցին ՀՀ, ԱՀ և ԵԿՄ դրոշները:

Օ.Գևորգյանը ողջունեց ներկաներին, տեղեկացրեց, որ փետրվարին կայացավ ԵԿՄ 11-րդ համագումարը, որից հետո բաժանմունքներում կայանում են հաշվետվություններ: 2016-ին կատարածի մասին հաշվետվություն ներկայացրեց ԵԿՄ Քաշաթաղի բաժանմունքի նախագահ Սեյրան Պողոսյանը:  Բանախոսն առաջինն անդրադարձավ անցած ապրիլյան պատերազմական իրադարձություններին` նշելով, որ ապրիլի սկզբից մինչև հունիսի վերջը շրջանից 1200-ից ավելի կամավորականներ են մեկնել առաջնագիծ, սատարել մարտական հենակետերում կանգնած զինվորին: Կամավորականների շարքերում են եղել նաև ԵԿՄ անդամներ: Տեղ եկացրեց, որ շրջանում գործում է Արցախի ազատամարտիկների միության տարածքային կառույցը, և ԵԿՄ-ն ու ԱԱՄ-ն համագործակցում են: Կարևորեց Երիցվանքի դպրոցում գործող «Պատանի երկրապահ» ակումբի դերը:

Այնուհետև հաշվետվություն ներկայացրեց պատանի երկրապահների վաշտի հրամանատար, Երիցվանքի դպրոցի ուսուցիչ Սերյոժա Սաֆյանը` տեղեկացնելով, որ ակումբը մի քանի ամսվա պատմություն ունի, և անելիքները դեռ առջևում են:

Օրակարգի երկրորդ հարցը կառույցի խորհրդի, նախագահի և փոխնախագահների ընտրությունն էր: Նախագահ վերընտրվեց Ս. Պողոսյանը: Հաշվի առնելով շրջանի տարածքի ձգվածությունը՝ ընտրվեց 5  փոխնախագահ (Զ. Ըռքոյան` Բերձոր, Ռ. Մարգարյան` Կովսական, Ա. Կարապետյան` Շալուայի հովիտ, Ս. Սողոմոնյան` Աղավնոյի հովիտ, Ս. Սաֆյան` Որոտանի հովիտ և Գ. Մաթևոսյան` Հակարիի միջին հովիտ):

Եղավ նաև պարգևատրություն: Ս. Պողոսյանը պարգևատրվեց ՀՀ Մարտական ծառայություն մեդալով: ԵԿՄ հուշամեդալով պարգևատրվեցին 2 ազատամարտիկ` Ռաֆիկ Մելքումյանը և Աղվան Մկրտչյանը, «ԵԿՄ 20-ամյակ»  հուշամեդալով` Ազատ Գևորգյանը և Սարգիս Ղազարյանը:

Եղան նաև քննարկումներ կառույցի գործունեության, «Պատանի երկրապահ» ակումբների ստեղծման և այլ հարցերի շուրջ»:
