ԱՄՆ-ում սաուդյան ընկերությունների դեմ հայց են ներկայացրել սեպտեմբերի 11-ի ահաբեկչության պատճառով

ԱՄՆ-ի ապահովագրական ավելի քան 20 ընկերություններ Նյու Յորքի դատարան հայց են ներկայացրել Սաուդյան Արաբիայի 2 բանկերի եւ 8 ընկերությունների ու բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների դեմ, որոնք կապված էին «Ալ-Քաիդայի» նախկին առաջնորդ Ուսամա բեն Լադենի ընտանիքի հետ, պահանջելով ընդհանուր 4,2 մլրդ դոլար 2001 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի ահաբեկչությունների հետ կապված, հայտնում է  Reuters-ը:

Նշվում է, որ հայցվորները Մանհեթենի շրջանային դատարանում կփորձեն հասնել սաուդյան ընկերությունների փոխհատուցման վճարման, որոնք մեղադրվում են նախքան ահաբեկչությունները մի քանի տարի շարունակ «Ալ-Քաիդային» աջակցության մեջ:

Հայցում նշված է, որ առանց նշված կազմակերպությունների օգնության «Ալ-Քաիդան» չէր կարողանա «սեպտեմբերի 11-ի ահաբեկչությունները հաջողությամբ ծրագրել եւ իրականացնել»: Սաուդյան իշխանություններից պահանջվում է դատավարական բոլոր ծախսերի մարում, նաեւ առնվազն 1,4 մլրդ դոլարի փոխհատուցման վճարում: ԱՄՆ-ի ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի մասին օրենքի համաձայն՝ հայցվորների օգտին որոշման ընդունման դեպքում գումարն ավտոմատ եռապատկվում է:

Հայցում նշված 10 պատասխանողների թվում, մասնավորապես, նշված է Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Չեչնիայից եւ Կոսովոյից փախստականների օգնության կոմիտեն: Այս մասին նշված է փաստաթղթերում, որոնք ՏԱՍՍ-ը ստացել է դատարանի արխիվից: Ահաբեկիչների հետ այս կազմակերպության կապերը հաստաում են ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների տվյալները:
