Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախընտրական արշավի հետ կապ ունեցող ֆիզիկական եւ իրավաբանական անձինք, ինչպես նաեւ կուսակցական կազմակերպությունները շարունակել են նրա ընկերություններին միջոցներ փոխանցել: Այս տարվա 1-ին եռամսյակում նրանք շուրջ 500 հազար դոլար են փոխանցել Թրամփի հյուրանոցներին, գոլֆի ակումբներին, ռեստորաններին: Այս մասին գրում է The Wall Street Journal-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ապրիլի 14-ին Դաշնային ընտրական հանձնաժողով ուղարկված փաստաթղթերը:

Ըստ RNS-ի՝ փաստաթղթերից հետեւում է, որ 2017 թվականի առաջին երեք ամիսներին ավելի քան 274 հազար դոլար է վճարվել Trump Tower-ի վարձակալության վճարի համար, 58.685 դոլար՝ Ֆլորիդայի Ուեսթ Փալմ Բիչի Trump International գոլֆի ակումբում իջեւանելու համար, 13.828 դոլար՝ Լաս Վեգասի Trump International հյուրանոցում վարձույթի եւ սննդի համար:

Ընտրությունների ժամանակ եւ դրանից առաջ Թրամփի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի մասնակիցներն ու Հանրապետական ազգային հանձնաժողովն ավելի քան 14 մլն դոլար են փոխանցել Թրամփի եւ նրա ընտանիքի անդամների ընկերություններին:

Երդմնակալությունից՝ 2017 թվականի հունվարի 20-ից ի վեր պրոֆեսիոնալ էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի փորձագետները քննադատում են Թրամփին՝ պնդելով, որ նա հավուր պատշաճի չի հեռացել իր ընկերություններից: Թրամփն իր բիզնես կայսրության կառավարումը հանձնել է երկու ավագ որդիներին՝ Դոնալդ կրտսերին եւ Էրիկին, սակայն իրավաբանական անձանց սեփականության նկատմամբ իրավունքներ ունի:
