«Տարոն Մարգարյանը Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ առնվազն երկու վարչական շրջանում խնդիր է ունենալու։ Մեկը Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանն է, որի ղեկավարը՝ Արա Սադոյանը Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ և կապի ու տրանսպորտի նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի մտերիմ՝ Ռուբեն Սադոյանի եղբայրն է, որը մշտապես Տարոն Մարգարյանի կողմից վատ աշխատանքի համար ենթարկվել է կշտամբանքի։ 

Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը կուսակցությանը հասկացրել է, որ ինքը չի կարող Տարոն Մարգարյանի օգտին արդյունավետ աշխատել։ Փոքր Կենտրոնում Տարոն Մարգարյանին կօգնի Գարեգին Նուշիկյանը, որը եղել է Տարոն Մարգարյանի հոր՝ վաղամեռիկ վարչապետ Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանի ընկերը։ 

Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի մյուս հատվածներում կաշխատեն քրեական հեղինակություններ՝ Պիստը, Ծիտը և այլ քրեականներ։

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Արաբկիրին, ապա այստեղ անցյալ տարվա մարտ ամսին ՀՅԴ-ից վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար դարձած Հովհաննես Վարդանյանը ընդգծված սառը հարաբերություն է ունեցել Տարոն Մարգարյանի հետ։ ՀՀԿ-ի հետ ՀՅԴ գործընկերային համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում Հովհաննես Վարդանյանը փոխարինեց Տարոն Մարգարյանի մտերիմ՝ Հրայր Անտոնյանին, որը հիմա Արաբկիրի ՀՀԿ տարածքային կառույցի ղեկավարն է, թեև զբաղեցնում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետի պաշտոնը, այնուամենայնիվ գործուղվել է Արաբկիր՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանի համար անհրաժեշտ ձայներ ապահովելու»:
