ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի Մարգարյան փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում գողության փորձ կատարած անձը Վրաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի է: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկացնում են, որ 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Մարգարյան փողոցի բնակելի շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում գողության փորձ է կատարվել։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ ժամը 13:00-ի սահմաններում  առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը տեխնիկական միջոցի գործադրմամբ բացել է  Երևանի բնակիչ Մ.Աբրահամյանին պատկանող բնակարանի մուտքի դուռը, մտել ներս և հափշտակել տարբեր տեսակի զարդեր ու կանացի ժամացույցներ: Այդ պահին եկել են տանտիրոջ ազգականները և նկատել առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարող անձին։ Վերջինս փորձել է դիմել փախուստի, սակայն ազգականները նրան բռնել են շենքի բակում։ 

Դեպքի առթիվ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Մ.Աբրահամյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Պարզվել է, որ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը Վրաստանի քաղաքացի է, 58 տարեկան։ Նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերջինս ներկայացրել է բնակարանից հափշտակված իրերը:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ ապրիլի 15-ին 58-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
