ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունում, մինչև մայիսի 1-ը՝ սպանդանոցային ծագման մսի ձեռքբերման առաջին փուլի մեկնարկը, ապրիլի 18-ին հերթական հանդիպումն էր կազմակերպվել հանրապետությունում գործող սպանդանոցների սեփականատերերի և խոշոր իրացման ցանցերի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպմանը մասնավորապես քննարկվել է պետական գնումների շրջանակներում բացառապես սպանդանոցային ծագման միս մատակարարելու օրենսդրական պահանջն ու ընթացիկ աշխատանքներն այդ ուղղությամբ: Ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը հորդորել է մատակարարներից պահանջել թե՛ այս նորմի,  թե՛ փաստաթղթավորման բոլոր պայմանների պահպանումը:

Թեև սահմանված ժամանակացույցով իրացման վայրերի համար սպանդանոցային ծագման միս վաճառելու պահանջը կգործի ավելի ուշ, մայրաքաղաքի մի քանի խոշոր ցանցեր արդեն իսկ պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել սկսել գործընթացը. նրանցից մեկն այսօրվանից արդեն կիրառում է այն:

Հանդիպման ներկա էր նաև «Փրայմ լայն» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը, որը տեղեկացրեց. ընկերությունը մորթից մինչև իրացում շղթայում կմատուցի լոգիստիկ ծառայություններ:

ՊԵԿ մասնագետները ներկայացրել են գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի (այդ թվում և՝ կենդանական ծագման) ձեռքբերման և իրացման նկատմամբ կիրառվող հարկային ընթացակարգերն ու իրավական կարգավորումները, մասնավորապես նշելով եկամտային հարկի և շահութահարկի մասով համախառն եկամտի նվազեցման հնարավորությունները: Իրավական այս միջավայրը թույլ է տալիս մասնագետներին նախնական գնահատական տալ այն մասին, որ պարտադիր սպանդանոցային մորթի անցմամբ պայմանավորված հարկային բեռի ավելացում չի լինի:

ՍԱՊԾ-ն, պարբերական դարձած այս հանդիպումների միջոցով, կշարունակի սպանդանոցային մորթի անցնելու նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները՝ շահառուներին տրամադրելով անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն և պատասխանելով վերջիններիս հուզող հարցերին:
