«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հանրապետականում գործերը «խառն» են: Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո հաստատված անդորրն ու լռությունն այլևս ճնշող են դառնում: Միաժամանակ այս լռությունը միայն արտաքին շերտն է և վկայում է այն մասին, որ ՀՀԿ ներսում բուռն գործընթացներ են գնում՝ և մանդատների, և պաշտոնների բաշխման շուրջ: Թերևս հենց այս գործընթացների արտահայտությունն են պարբերաբար հայաստանյան լրատվամիջոցներում հայտնվող տեղեկություններն այն մասին, որ հանրապետականի ներսում «ռազբորկաներ» են:

Բնական է` նման զարգացումից խուսափել որևէ կերպ հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ ներկուսակցական ուժային կենտրոնների փոխատեղումները մշտապես էլ բնորոշ են եղել հետընտրական ժամանակահատվածին:

Այս պրոցեսները, սակայն, ավելի են բարդանում և սրվում ներկա իրողությունների և մասնավորապես ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի առանձնահատկությունների ֆոնին, որոնք ասպարեզ բերեցին Հանրապետականի ներսում առկա խորը տարաձայնություններն ու զուտ մարդկային անհանդուրժողականությունը թիմակիցների նկատմամբ:

Մի կողմից կարող է թվալ, թե այս իրավիճակը ինչ–որ պահի կարող է դառնալ ներկուսակցական ճգնաժամի սկիզբ ՀՀԿ–ի համար, սակայն, մյուս կողմից, փաստն այն է, որ Հանրապետականի ներսում որոշումները կայացվում են շատ փոքր օղակի կողմից և արդյունքում բոլորը համաձայնվում են դրանց հետ մի պարզ պատճառով. մինչ վերջնական հստակեցումը յուրաքանչյուրը ցանկանում է ստանալ շատը, անկախ նրանից՝ այդ շատը կլինի պատգամավորական մանդատի, որևէ հանձնաժողովի նախագահի, թե նախարարական աթոռի տեսքով:

Սակայն, որոշման հրապարակումից հետո, յուրաքանչյուրն արդեն փորձում է պահպանել այն, ինչ իրեն տրվել է, քանի որ Հանրապետականում լավագույնս հասկանում են՝ վարչակարգին կամ վարչակարգին ուղղորդող ուժերին դեմ գնալը հավասարազոր է ինքնաոչնչացման:

Ուստի այս տեսանկյունից պետք է արձանագրել, որ մամուլում մերթընդմերթ հայտնվող տեղեկատվական արտահոսքերը ընդամենը նպատակ ունեն ծառայել Հանրապետականի այս կամ այն անհատի կամ խմբի շահերին՝ իշխանությունից ավելի շատ մասնաբաժին ստանալու համար: Իսկ թե դա ինչպես է անդրադառնալու հայաստանյան հասարակության վրա, կարծես թե պարզից էլ պարզ է՝ ոչ մի կերպ, քանի որ Հանրապետական «կորպորացիան» և հայաստանյան հասարակությունը գտնվում են իրականության բոլորովին տարբեր հարթությունների և ընկալումների միջակայքերում:
