ՀՀ գյուղնախարարն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Բելառուսի նորանշանակ դեսպանին

 ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Բելառուսի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկին` գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում համագործակցության շրջանակների ընդլայնման հնարավորությունը քննարկելու նպատակով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարա կայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Իգնատի Առաքելյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ մեկնարկել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի  ֆինանսական վարձակալության` լիզինգի պետական աջակցության» ծրագիրը, որի նպատակն է վերազինել և արդիականացնել գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի պարկը:

«Այս ծրագրով մենք ստեղծել ենք մեխանիզմ, որով ֆերմերն ինքը կարող է որոշել, թե ինչ գյուղտեխնիկա է նրան հարկավոր գյուղատնտեական աշխատանքներն արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու համար: Շուկան ազատ է, սահմանափակումներ չկան, և եթե Բելառուսում գտնվեն գյուղտեխնիկա արտադրողներ և մատակարարներ, որոնք հետաքրքրված են հայկական շուկայով, ապա կարող են ևս մասնակից դառնալ ծրագրին», - նշել է նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

 Դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկն իր հերթին նախարարին է ներկայացրել Բելառուսում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի տրամադրման պայմանները, պետության կողմից արտադրողներին և մատակարարնեին տրամադրվող աջակցության գործիքները: Քննարկվել են այս ուղղությամբ հայկական և բելառուսական պետական, մասնավոր և ֆինանսական կառույցների ներգրավմամբ փոխգործակցության հնարավոր ուղիները:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են նաև անտառային տնտեսությունների արդյունավետ կառավարմանն առնչվող հարցեր:  Մասնավորապես դիտարկել երկու երկրների միջև առկա  փոխգործակցության սերտացման հնարավորությունը:  Առաջարկվել է նաև ուսումնասիրել հետագայում անտառանյութի վերամշակման գործարանի հիմնման հնարավորությունը: 

Բելառուսի դեսպանը նշել է, որ իրենք հետաքրքրված են  բելառուսական պարարտանյութը Հայաստանում իրացնելու   հնարավորությամբ:

Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Բելառուսի ագրարային բուհերում հայ մասնագետների ուսուցման և վերապատրաստման հարցին:

Տեղեկացնելով, որ հունիսի 6-ից 10-ը Մինսկում կազմակերպվելու է ամենամյա «Բելագրո» մասնագիտացված միջազգային ցուցահանդեսը` Բելառուսի դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկը առաջարկել է  հայկական կողմին ևս մասնակցել այդ միջոցառմանը:
