Ադրբեջանը 36 տոկոսով կրճատել է սպառազինության ծախսերը՝ նավթի գների անկման պատճառով. ՌԴ-ն առաջատարների եռյակում է

2016 թվականին աշխարհում ռազմական ծախսերն աճել են 0,4 տոկոսով՝ ի տարբերություն 2015 թվականի՝ հասնելով մինչեւ 1,69 տրիլիոն դոլարի։ Այս մասին ասվում է  Աշխարհի խնդիրների հետազոտության Ստոկհոլմի միջազգային ինտիտուտի զեկույցում (SIPRI), հաղորդում է РБК-ն։

Սպառազինության ծախսերի առումով առաջին տեղը պահպանել է ԱՄՆ-ը։ 2016 թվականին դրանք աճել են 1,7 տոկոսով եւ հասել 611 միլիարդ դոլարի։ Երկրորդ տեղում մնացել է Չինաստանը։ Աճը 5,4 տոկոս է, ինչը գումարային արտահայտությամբ 215 մլրդ դոլար է։ Երրորդ տեղում, SIPRI-ի տվյալներով, Ռուսաստանն է՝ հետ մղելով Սաուդյան Արաբիային, որը դարձել է չորրորդը։ Հինգերորդ տեղում Հնդկաստանն է, որի ռազմական բյուջեն աճել է 8,5 տոկոսով՝ 2016-ին հասնելով 55,9 մլրդ դոլարի։ 

2016-ին ռուսական բյուջեն ռազմական կարիքների համար ծախսել է 69,2 մլրդ դոլար (2015-ի համեմատ՝ 5,9 տոկոս աճ)։ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի ծախսերը 2016-ին նվազել են 30 տոկոսով՝ 63,7 մլրդ դոլարի մակարդակի։ Գումարային արտահայտմամբ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի ռազմական ծախսերի անկումը կազմել է 25,8 մլրդ դոլար։ 

Եվրոպական երկրները ռազմական ծախսերի աճ են ցուցաբերել երկու տարի անընդմեջ՝ մեկ տարում դրանք մեծացնելով 2,6 տոկոսով։ Այս առումով ռեկորդակիր է դարձել Իտալիան, որտեղ ռազմական ծախսերն աճել են 11 տոկոսով։

Սպառազինության ծախսերի անկում ամենաշատը ցուցաբերել են նավթ արդյունահանող երկրները։ Հետազոտողները դա կապել են նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման հետ։ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ մեկտեղ սպառազինության ծախսերը նվազեցրել է Վենեսուելան (–56 տոկոս), Հարավային Սուդանը (–54 տոկոս), Ադրբեջանը (–36 տոկոս), Իրաքը (–36 տոկոս)։ Ռազմական ծախսերը զգալիորեն նվազեցրել են նաեւ Անգոլան, Էկվադորը, Ղազախստանը, Մեքսիկան ու Պերուն։
