Ադրբեջանը միշտ փորձում է հրաժարվել անգամ մինիմալ համաձայնեցված քայլերի իրականացումից, դրա հետ մեկտեղ պահանջում է առավելագույնը, մաքսիմալիստական ինչ-ինչ պահանջներով է հանդես գալիս։

Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը՝  պատասխանելով Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Օրակարգ» ծրագրի՝  «պարոն նախարար, Բաքուն ասում է, թե իբրև Հայաստանը խուսափում է բանա կցություններից, բայց ստիպված կլինի վերադառնալ բանակցային սեղանին։ Ինչպե՞ս կարձագանքեք այդ պնդմանը» հարցին։ Նա նշել է.« Ադրբեջանական կողմը պարզապես փորձում է, ինչպես ասում են «վատ խաղի ժամանակ դեմքի լավ արտահայտություն ընդունել», բայց դա էլ նրանց մոտ չի ստացվում։

Հայտնի է, որ Հայաստանը միշտ եղել է և մնում է բանակցությունների կողմնակից։ Հանրահայտ է նաև, որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է, որ մշտապես փորձում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ քննարկումները տեղափոխել այլ հարթակներ` փորձելով խուսափել բանակցություններից հրաժարվել հանդիպումներից, որոնք կազմակերպվում են համաձայնեցված ձևաչափում եռանախագահների հովանու ներքո` բարդելով դա հայկական կողմի վրա:

Միգուցե այդ շինծու պնդումները անելուց առաջ Ադրբեջանը պետք է փորձի բացատրել, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ եթե հայկական կողմն է հրաժարվում այդ հանդիպումներից, ինչու դրանց ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները չի կատարում հենց Բաքուն, ինչի ականատեսը եղանք անցյալ տարի Վիեննայում և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների հետ:

Ադրբեջանը միշտ փորձում է հրաժարվել անգամ մինիմալ համաձայնեցված քայլերի իրականացումից, դրա հետ մեկտեղ պահանջում է առավելագույնը, մաքսիմալիստական ինչ-ինչ պահանջներով է հանդես գալիս։ Բոլորի մոտ հաստատվում է այն տպավորությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը ունակ չէ բանակցելու: Բայց, չնայած Ադրբեջանի՝ հանդիպումներից հրաժարվելու փորձերին, ինչին վերջերս ականատես եղանք դրան Մյունխենում, դրանից առաջ Համբուրգում, Հայաստանը միշտ եղել ու մնում է բանակցություններին կողմնակից, որովհետև բանակցային գործընթացին այլընտրանք չկա»:

Պատասպանելով հարցին, թե «մամուլում տեղեկություններ կան, որ ապրիլի 27-ին սպասվում է Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը: Այս տեղեկությունը համապատասխանո՞ւմ է իրականությանը», ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը հայտնել է. «Կա ընդհանուր ըմբռնում, որ այդպիսի հանդիպում է պետք կազմակերպել: Երբ լինի վերջնական համաձայնությունը, երբ ժամկետները ճշտվեն, մենք դրա մասին կհայտնենք»:
