Հայոց ցեղասպանության 102-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումների շրջանակում ապրիլի 24-ի առավոտյան Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Վասիլեոստրովսկի շրջանի «Կամսկի» այգում գտնվող Կոմիտաս Վարդապետի հուշարձանին ծաղկեպսակներ և ծաղիկներ զետեղվեցին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսության, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի կառավարության, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչության, հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի զինվորական ակադեմիաներում ուսանող հայ սպաների ու զինվորների և հայ համայնքի կողմից:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սբ. Կատարինե Հայաստանյայց առաքելական եկեղեցում մատուցվեց բարեխոսության կարգ՝ ի հիշատակ Հայոց ցեղասպանության սրբադասված նահատակների:

Արարողությանը հաջորդած հանրահավաքին ելույթներով հանդես եկան Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Հրայր Կարապետյանը, ՌԴ տարբեր կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում հույների, հրեաների, ասորիների և այլ համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներ, հասարակական և մշակույթային գործիչներ:

Իր ելույթում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Հրայր Կարապետյանը շեշտեց, որ մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունները պետք է ժամանակին արժանի գնահատականը ստանան միջազգային հանրության կողմից՝ դրանով իսկ դնելով ապագայում նմանօրինակ գործողությունների կանխարգելման հիմքը: ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը նշեց նաև, որ Թուրքիան, Հայոց ցեղասպանության առնչությամբ որդեգրած կույր ժխտողականության քաղաքականությանը զուգահեռ, այսօր էլ բացահայտորեն հովանավորում և խրախուսում է Ադրբեջանի՝ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդիրը բռնի ուժով լուծելու նկրտումները:

Նույն օրը երեկոյան Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Բելոսելսկի-Բելոզերսկի պալատի դահլիճում կայացավ Մեծ Եղեռնի զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված համերգ, որի ժամանակ Ալֆրեդ Շնիդկեի և Էդվարդ Միրզոյանի ստեղծագործությունների կատարումներով հանդես եկավ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի երիտասարդական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբը:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Հրայր Կարապետյանը, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի կառավարության Մոսկովսկի շրջանի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Ուշակովը, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում հավատարմագրված գլխավոր հյուպատոսներ, հոգևորականներ, քաղաքի մտավորականներ: Ընթերցվեց Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոյի՝ հայ ժողովրդին հղած ուղերձը:
