Երևանում առաջին անգամ ապրիլի 27-ին կմեկնարկի «Երևան առաջին միջազգային օպերային փառատոնը», որը կկրի ամենամյա բնույթ։ 

«Երևան առաջին միջազգային օպերային փառատոն»-ը նվիրված կլինի հայ մեծանուն տենոր Գեղամ Գրիգորյանին։ Փառատոնի շրջանակում հանդես կգան համաշխարհային ճանաչում ո ւնեցող օպերային երգիչներ։ 

«Երևան առաջին միջազգային օպերային փառատոն»-ի գեղարվեստական ղեկավարն է Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, ՌԴ վաստակավոր արտիստ Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանը։ 

«Այս տարի առաջին անգամ կանցկացվի միջազգային օպերային փառատոնը։ Այս միտքը Ռիտա Սարգսյանի մոտ է առաջացել և խնդրել է, որպեսզի կազմակերպեմ այդ փառատոնը։ Ես անմիջապես համաձայնել եմ և կապվել եմ Գեղամ Գրիգորյանի դստեր` Հասմիկ Գրիգորյանի հետ, որպեսզի իմանամ արդյոք նա կարող է ներկա գտնվել փառ ատոնի օրերին։ Հետո սկսեցի հավաքել մնացած իմ ընկերներին, ովքեր ելույթ են ունենալու փառատոնի շրջանակներում»,- նշեց  Օրբելյանը։ 

Ապրիլի 27-ին ելույթ կունենան սոպրանո Հասմիկ Գրիգորյանը (Լիտվա), տենոր Սթիվեն Կոստելլոն (ԱՄՆ) և բարիտոն Ռոդիոն Պողոսովը (ՌԴ)։ Կներկայացվեն ֆրանսիական, իտալական և գերմանական օպերաներից արիաներ։ Համերգի դիրիժորն է Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանը։ 

Ապրիլի 28-ին հանդես կգան սոպրանո Բարբարա Ֆրիտտոլին (Իտալիա) և Մետրոպոլիտեն օպերայի հանրահայտ արտիստ, բարիտոն Գեորգի Գագնիձեն (Վրաստան)՝ Հայաստանի պետական երիտասարդ ական նվագախմբի մասնակցությամբ։ Բարբարա Ֆրիտտոլին Մետրոպոլիտան (Metropolitan) և Լա Սկալա օպերային թատրոնների, Վիեննայի պետական օպերային թատրոնի երգչուհի է։ Համերգի  դիրիժորն է Կոնստանտին Օրբելյանը։ 

Ապրիլի 30-ին կներկայացվի Ջ. Վերդիի «Տրավիատա» օպերան՝ սոպրանո Հասմիկ Թորոսյանի, բարիտոն Առնոլդ Քոչարյանի և անվանի ամերիկացի օպերային տենոր Սթիվեն Կոստելլոյի մասնակցությամբ։ Ներկայացումը կղեկավարի հրավիրյալ դիրիժոր՝ Քրիս Ռուսմանը (Մեծ Բրիտանիա)։
