Ֆրանսիական դատարանը մերժեց Կոսովոյի նախկին վարչապետին Սերբիա արտահանձնելու պահանջը

Ֆրանսիայի Կոլմար քաղաքի վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել Է ինքնահռչակ Կոսովոյի Հանրապետության նախկին վարչապետ Ռամուշ Խարադինային Սերբիա արտահանձնելու պահանջը: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել են դատարանի քննչական պալատում:   

«Ընդունվեց (Սերբիայի համար) բացասական վճիռ, հանձնում չի լինի, (Խարադինայի նկատմամբ) դատական հսկողությունը կհանվի»,- հայտնել Է դատարանի ներկայացուցիչը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ նա նշել Է, որ հայցվորները տակավին ժամանակ ունեն այս եզրակացության գանգատարկման համար: 
Ռամուշ Խարադինայը Բազել-Մյուլուզ շվեյցարա-ֆրանսիական օդանավակայանում ձերբակալվել Է հունվարի 4-ին: Ձերբակալումը կատարվել Է Սերբիայի իշխանությունների պահանջով:   
Բալկաններում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմի ժամանակ Խարադինայը եղել Է Կոսովոյի ազատագրման բանակի շտաբի պետը: Հետագայում նա մեղադրվել Է Էթնիկական զտումների ընթացքում կոսովցի սերբերի զանգվածային սպանություններ կատարելու մեջ: 2005 թվականին Նախկին Հարավսլավիայում ռազմական հանցագործությունների միջազգային տրիբունալը ձեռնամուխ Է եղել նրա գործի քննությանը: Երեք տարի անց նա լիովին արդարացվել Է մեղադրանքների բոլոր (37) կետերով:   
Չնայած դրան, Սերբիայի իշխանությունները շարունակում են Խարադինային մեղավոր համարել բազմաթիվ ռազմական հանցագործություների մեջ, որոնք կատարվել են 1998 – 1999 թվականներն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում:
