Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի մոտ ապրիլի 29-ին տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում  քննարկվել են հանրապետությունում հակակարկտային պաշտպանության առավել արդյունավետ համակարգի ստեղծմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ներկայացնելով այդ նպատակով կատարված հետազոտության արդյունքները՝ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը նշել է, որ առաջարկվում է ստեղծել հակակարկտային փոխլրացնող համակարգ՝ ներկայիս գազագեներատորային եղանակին զուգահեռ ներդնել նաև առավել բարձր արդյունավետություն ապահովող հրթիռային և ցանցային պաշտպանություն: Հետազոտության արդյունքներով ստեղծվել է ռադիոլոկացիոն կայանների և հրթիռային կայանքների տեղակայման քարտեզ, կատարվել է ծախսերի գնահատում: Դավիթ Տոնոյանն առաջարկել է որպես առաջին փուլ սկսել հրթիռային պաշտպանության պիլ ոտային ծրագիր Արագածոտնի և Լոռու մարզերում, որի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ռադիոլոկացիոն կայանների արդիականացման աշխատանքներ:

Վարչապետ Կարապետյանը հանձնարարել է ընթացք տալ պիլոտային ծրագրին՝ միևնույն ժամանակ ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնելով ցանցային պաշտպանության համակարգի արդյունավետության և ծախսատարության վերաբերյալ:
