Երևանի համաչափ զարգացման համատեքստում մայրաքաղաքում իրականացվող բակերի համալիր բարեկարգման ծրագրի շրջանակում ընթացիկ տարում լայն թափով աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել նաև Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանում: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային շրջայցի շրջանակում բնակիչների հետ մասնակցել է բարեկարգ հերթական բակի հանդիսավոր բացմանը: Բնակիչների հանգստի կազմակերպման համար բակում տեղադրվել են նստարաններ, զրուցարան, փոքրիկների համար էլ կառուցվել է ֆուտբոլի խաղադաշտ և տեղադրվել են մանկական ժամանակակից խաղեր: Քաղաքապետը շրջել և ծանոթացել է կատարված աշխատանքներին, զրուցել բնակիչների հետ, ովքեր իրենց շնորհակալությունն են հայտնել Տարոն Մարգարյանին մայրաքաղաքի ծայրամասային համարվող թաղամասերի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող մշտական ուշադրության համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ նմանատիպ աշխատանքների իրականացմանը շուրջ 40 տարի են սպասել: Քաղաքապետն էլ իր հերթին վստահեցրել է, որ մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը հետևողականորեն շարունակվելու են և հարմարավետ պայմաններ են ապահովվելու բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում. «Մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման մոտեցումը մենք ցուցաբերում ենք քաղաքային տնտեսության բոլոր ոլորտներում, ինչում համոզվեցին նաև նուբարաշենցիները: Մայրաքաղաքի ծայրամսային համարվող այս վարչական շրջանում, մասնավորապես այս տարի, մենք 17 բակ ենք բարեկարգել, ընդ որում, որ ոչ պակաս կարևոր է, մեր կողմից հստակ խնդիր է դրվել բակերի բարեկարգմանը զուգահեռ նաև հնարավորին ընդլայնել հարակից կանաչ գոտիները, ինչի արդյունքում Նուբարաշենում այս տարի ավելի քան 1000քմ-ով ավելացել է կանաչ տարածքների մակերեսը: Եվ վստահեցնում եմ, որ մեր այս քաղաքականությունը լինելու է շարունակական»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Բակային տարածքներին զուգահեռ, հանգստի կազմակերպման համար հարմարավետ պայմաններ են ապահովվել նաև Նուբարաշենի 11 փողոցի այգուն հարակից տարածքում: Հանգստի գոտու բացման պատիվը քաղաքապետը փոխանցել է փոքրիկ նուբարաշենցիներին: Բարեկարգման ծրագրի շրջանակում տեղադրվել են մանկական խաղեր, մարզական սարքեր, նստարաններ, աղբամաններ, զրուցարան: Բնակիչների լիարժեք հանգստի կազմակերպման համար հանգստի գոտին ապահովվել է գիշերային լուսավորությամբ: Առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձվել նաև կանաչ գոտիների ստեղծմանը:Քաղաքապետը շրջել է զբոսայգում և բնակիչների հետ գնահատել կատարված աշխատանքները: Բնակիչներն իրենց գոհունակությունն են հայտնել Տարոն Մարգարյանին վարչական շրջանում ևս մեկ բարեկարգ հանգստի գոտի ստեղծելու համար ու վստահեցրել են, որ խնամքով կպահպանեն թե՛ այգին և թե՛ կառուցված նոր բակերը:
