Полоскание рта маслом

 

 

  1. Процедуру проводим утром, сразу после пробуждения, натощак! Возьми в рот 1 ст. л. подсолнечного или оливкового масла (можно использовать кокосовое, кунжутное и другие масла).

    Держать масло во рту нужно 10 минут. Ни в коем случае не проглатывай его: пока масло будет во рту, оно вытянет из ротовой полости все бактерии и токсины.

  2. Как только масло станет очень густым, выплюнь его и прополощи рот теплой водой.
