ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը մայիսի 6-ին Արամ Խաչատրյան համերգասրահում ներկա է գտնվել Եվրոպայի օրվան նվիրված` «Եվրոպան հանուն խաղաղության» խորագրով Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի համերգին, որը կազմակերպվել էր Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության կողմից:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Ողջույնի խոսքով դիմելով ներկաներին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանն ասաց.

Հարգելի ներկաներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ Եվրոպայի օրվա կապակցությամբ և շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակությանը՝ այս տոնական համերգի կազմակերպման համար։

Անկախությունից ի վեր Հայաստանը Եվրոպական միության հետ կառուցել է կուռ հարաբերություններ, որոնց հիմքում ընկած է արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, փոխադարձ հարգանքը միմյանց նկատմամբ:

Եվրոպական միության աջակցությամբ մենք բարեփոխումներ ենք իրականացրել բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում՝ հանրային կառավարում, արդարադատություն, ընտրական համակարգ, շատ այլ բնագավառներում, որոնք միտված են հիմնարար ազատությունների ամրապնդմանն ու մեր հասարակության բարօրությանը։ Շատ համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացման փուլում են, բազմաթիվ նախագծեր դեռ իրագործվելու են։ Մեծապես արժևորելով մարդկային շփումները՝ մենք կարևորում ենք նաև մեր հասարակություններն իրար ավելի մոտ դարձնելուն միտված ծրագրերի իրականացումը։

Հատկանշական է, որ այս տարին սկսվեց եվրոպական հագեցած օրակարգով: Փետրվարին՝ Բրյուսելում, Հայաստանի Նախագահը և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահը հայտարարեցին Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների ավարտի մասին, իսկ արդեն մարտին այն նախաստորագրվեց Երևանում։ Այդ համաձայնագիրը Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության համագործակցության խորությունն ու էությունը արտացոլող փաստաթուղթ է։

Առաջիկա օրերին կհաստատվեն նաև Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական միության միջև 2017-2020 թվականների համար գործընկերության առաջնայնությունները, որոնք համագործակցության նոր ուղենիշներ կսահմանեն։ 
Տիկնայք և պարոնայք,

Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում նացիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակից հետո Եվրոպան դարձավ համամարդկային արժեքների վրա խարսխված խաղաղության, համերաշխության և կայուն զարգացման չափանիշ, որն այսօր էլ շատերի համար շարունակում է օրինակ ծառայել։ Եվրոպայի օրը խորհրդանշում է հենց այս բարձր արժեքային համակարգը, որին մենք հարգանքի յուրօրինակ տուրք ենք մատուցում` տոնելով այս նշանակալի օրը:
