Մայիսի 3-7-ը Նորվեգիայի մայրաքաղաք Օսլոյում կայացել է  Եվրոպայի ժողովրդավար ուսանողների (EDS) խորհրդի հանդիպումը` «Արկտիկան եւ Եվրամիությունը» խորագրով: Հանդիպմանը Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունը ներկայացրել են Աննա Օհանյանը եւ Վարդուհի Սարգսյանը:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում հայտնի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի եւ արցախյան հանրաքվեի ընթացքում դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացրած Եվրախորհրդարանի 3 պատգամավորների իրավունքների խախտման վերաբերյալ ՀՀԿ ԵԿ անդամ եւ EDS համանախագահ Աննա Օհանյանի կողմից բանաձեւ է առաջարկվել, որը EDS կողմից ընդունվել է միաձայն: Բանաձեւով կոչ է արվում դատապարտել մարդու իրավունքների եւ ազատությունների ոտնահարումները, ապահովել ԵՄ պաշտոնատար անձանց անվտանգությունը, հորդորել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը ձեռնպահ մնալ Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին խոշտանգումների ենթարկելուց եւ բարելավել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության համակարգը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկումներ են եղել նաեւ բարձրագույն կրթության հիմնախնդիրների, մտավոր առողջության բարելավման, ստարտափերի ինստիտուտի զարգացման, կրթության եւ հետազոտությունների թվայնացման, Եվրոպայում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության, եվրոպական քաղաքականությունների մշակման եւ իրականացման գործընթացում երիտասարդ ընտրազանգվածի ներգրավվածության բարձրացման, պոպուլիզմի դեմ պայքարի եւ Թուրքիայի ավտոկրատ համակարգի բացասական հետեւանքների հաղթահարման վերաբերյալ:
