Հարգելի համաքաղաքացիներ,

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունը շարունակում է «Մենք հաշվետու ենք մեր համաքաղաքացիներին» խորագրով Երևան քաղաքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագրի շրջանակում 2013-2017թթ. մայրաքաղաքում իրականացված աշխատանքների ամփոփ ներկայացումը: 
Այս անգամ ներկայացնում ենք քաղաքային հարմարավետ և գրավիչ միջավայր ստեղծելուն ուղղված աշխատանքների ցուցանիշները, քանի որ քաղաքային միջավայրն ուղղակի ներգործություն է ունենում մարդկանց կյանքի վրա: Այս համատեքստում մատչելի ու հարմարավետ Երևանի կառուցումը քաղաքապետարանի առաջնահերթություններից է:
Այդ նպատակով 2013-2017թթ. շարունակվել են իրականացվել քաղաքային ձևավորման, մայրաքաղաքում մատչելիության և հարմարավետության ապահովմանն ուղղված ծրագրեր, որոնց հիմքում միշտ եղել է համաչափ զարգացման սկզբունքը:
Ըստ քաղաքային հարմարավետ և մատչելի միջավայրի ստեղծման ծրագրերի 2013-2017թթ. ցուցանիշների՝

• Երևանում նկարազարդվել է 1041 բակային տարածք,
• վերանորոգվել և գունազարդվել է 145 կամարանցում,
• տեղադրվել է 100 փողոցային նորաոճ ուղենիշ,
• ստեղծվել է 437 ծաղկային կոմպոզիցիա,
• փողոցներում և հանրային վայրերում տեղադրվել է 5500 նստարան և անվճար հայտարարությունների 450 վահանակ,
• կառուցվել է 2000 թեքահարթակ` փողոցների և հանրային վայրերի մատչելիությունն ապահովելու համար։ Պիլոտային ծրագրի շրջանակում կառուցվել է վերելակներով հարմարեցված մեկական վերգետնյա և ստորգետնյա անցում,
• բնակչության սակավաշարժ խմբերի համար հարմարեցվել է 25 ավտոբուս,
• հանրային 2 այգիներում տեղադրվել են ներառական խաղահրապարակներ,
• տեսողության խնդիր ունեցողների համար մայթերի ավարտի մասին զգուշացնող հատուկ գոգավորությամբ սալիկներ են տեղադրվել քաղաքի 73 հատվածներում։
