Հայաստանի ԱԻՆ-ում արդիականացվում են կապի, ազդարարման համակարգն ու տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերը:

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 12-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում կայացել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ամբողջ հանրապետությունում արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման նպատակով կապի, ազդարարման համակարգերի արդիականացման եւ վերազինման, ինչպես նաեւ՝ աղետների ժամանակ կառավարման համակարգի շարունակականության ապահովման խնդիրները: Խորհրդակցությունը վարել է նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը:

ԱԻՆ-ից հայտնում են, որ քննարկվեցին նաեւ տեխնիկական անվտանգության եւ հրդեհային-տեխնիկական անվտանգության կանոնակարգերի վերամշակման եւ միջազգային նորմերին համապատասխանեցման հիմնահարցերը:

ԱԻ նախարարի հանձնարարությամբ իրականացվող վերակազմավորման արդյունքում ստեղծվելու է Կապի կազմակերպման եւ ավտոմատ կառավարման համակարգի վարչություն: Վերջինս իրականացնելու է կապի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, ազդարարման համակարգի արդիականացում եւ հագեցում, ինչպես նաեւ՝ հանրապետությունում թվային ռադիոկապի ներդրում՝ միջազգային լավագույն փորձի ուսումնասիրության հիման վրա:

Ավտոմատացված կառավարման համակարգը ներդրվելու է նաեւ համայնքներում՝ նպաստելով վերջիններիս՝ աղետներին դիմակայունության մակարդակի բարձրացմանն ու կառավարման համակարգի շարունակականության ապահովմանը:

Նախարարի մեկ այլ հանձնարարությամբ՝ վերամշակվելու, արդիականացվելու եւ միջազգային նորագույն չափանիշներին են համապատասխանեցվելու Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնի եւ Պետական հրդեհային եւ տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության կողմից գործածվող տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերն ու պետական ստանդարտները:

Միջազգային փորձի ուսումնասիրությամբ վերանայվելու եւ համալրվելու են տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերում ներառված «ISO» եւ ԵՏՄ միջազգային ստանդարտները, ինչը կապահովի հատուկ օբյեկտների, շենքերի, շինությունների, կառույցների, տեխնիկական միջոցների աղետակայունությունը: Նոր մշակված տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերը նախատեսվում է ներկայացնել ՀՀ կառավարության քննարկմանը:
