«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ»-ում ծառահատումների փաստով դատախազը հարուցել է քրեական գործ. տեսուչը ձերբակալվել է

 ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Հաղարծին» տեղամասի 6-րդ պահաբաժնից փայտանյութ ապօրինի դուրս բերելու դեպքի առթիվ: 2017 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին Տավուշի մարզի Հաղարծին գյուղի բնակիչ Ս. Թ-ն ՀՀ ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության Դիլիջանի բաժնում հաղորդում, ապա բացատրություն է տվել այն մասին, որ 2017 թվականի մարտ ամսին «Դիլիջան ազգ ային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ հատուկ ջոկատի տեսուչ, պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող Ա. Ս.-ն առաջարկել է համապատասխան գումարի դիմաց թույլատրել նույն կազմակերպության «Հաղարծին» տեղամասի 6-րդ պահաբաժնից փայտանյութ ապօրինի դուրս բերել:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից, համաձայնելով առաջարկին՝ նույն ամսվա ընթացքում վերջինիս վճարել է 140 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումար և թիվ 6 պահաբաժնում հատված ծառերի փայտանյութը ապօրինի դուրս է բերել անտառից և պահեստավորել Թ.Թ-ի բակում: Իսկ «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցներ «Հաղարծին» տեղամասի ղեկավարի օգնական Կ.Պ-ն և թիվ 6-րդ պահաբաժնի անտառապահ Ս.Բ-ն, տեղեկացված լինելով Ս.Թ-ի կողմից փայտի ապօրինի մթերման մասին, չեն խոչընդոտել իր կողմից 8.64մ³ փայտանյութի ապօրինի մթերման ը:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա է քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական առիթ և բավարար հիմքեր, Տավուշի մարզի դատախազության կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով մայիսի 11-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, տեսուչը ձերբակալվել է:
