 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ որդու կողմից ծնողներին դանակի գործադրմամբ մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2017թ. մայիսի 13-ի ուշ երեկոյան «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բ/կ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ, ամուսիններ՝ կտրած-ծակած մարմնական վնասվածքներով։ Կնոջ մոտ ախտորոշվել են «կրծքավանդակի շրջանի կտրած-ծակած բազմաթիվ վերքեր», ամուսնու մոտ՝ «ձախ այտի, բազկի, գոտկատեղի, ծոծրակի շրջանների ծակած-կտրած վերքեր»։ Պարզվել է, որ ամուսինները վնասվածքներն ստացել են տանը՝ որդու հետ վիճաբանության ժամանակ։

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետ Արման Նահապետյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. մայիսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, իրենց բնակարանում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ որդին դանակի գործադրմամբ մարմնական վնասվածքներ է պատճառել նախ մորը՝  կյանքի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող օրգաններին՝ կրծքավանդակի շրջանում, ապա՝ դեպքին միջամտած հորը, այնուհետև՝ ցած նետվել 6-րդ հարկից:

Մոր առողջական վիճակը բժշիկները գնահատում են ծայրահեղ ծանր: 6-րդ հարկից ցած նետվելու հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել նաև որդին՝ ոտքի շրջանում։

Տղայի և հոր կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 113-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրամեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
