Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի և Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկել է պետություն-համայնք-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցությամբ ներդրումային դաշտի ակտիվացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին և համառոտ ներկայացնելով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից մշակված և առաջարկվող ներդրումային փաթեթները՝ Վահե Նիկոյանը մասնավորապես կարևորել է պետության և մասնավոր հատվածի հետ համատեղ համագործակցության շրջանակում նախատեսված ծրագրերը, այդ թվում վերելակների արդիականացման ծրագիրը, որը ևս նախատեսվում է իրականացնել եռակողմ համագործակցության ձևաչափով: 

«Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն այսօր առանձնակի կարևորում է ներդրումային դաշտի ակտիվացմանն ուղղված ծրագրային աշխատանքները: Այս առումով քաղաքապետարանը բաց և պատրաստակամ է իր իրավասության շրջանակում հնարավորին աջակցել ներդրումային ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչմանը: Հատկանշական է, որ Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի հետ համատեղ քաղաքային նշանակության մի շարք ոլորտներում մենք արդեն իսկ ունենք հաջողված համագործակցության օրինակներ, այդ թվում` նոր աղբավայրի կառուցման և գործող երկու աղբավայրերի փակման ծրագրի շուրջ: Սրան զուգահեռ մենք քննարկում ենք նաև կոշտ թափոնների նախնական վերամշակման ծրագիրն ու աղբի վերամշակման գործարանի կառուցման հնարավորությունները պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցությամբ: Ծրագրի իրագործման դեպքում մենք լուրջ արդյունքներ կարձանագրենք շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանման և բնապահպանական տեսանկյունից»,- նշել է Վահե Նիկոյանը: 

Նախատեսվող ծրագրերից են նաև ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղերի կառուցումը, հանգստի գոտիների ստեղծումը և այլն: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև համագործակցության քաղաքականության մշակման և իրավական շրջանակների զարգացմանն առնչվող հարցեր: 
Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի ավագ խորհրդատու Ալեքսեյ Զվերևը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հանդիպման համար և ներկայացնելով պետություն-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության քաղաքականության և իրավական շրջանակի զարգացման տեսլականն ու ժամանակացույցը, կարևորել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ներգրավվածությունն այս գործընթացում և ընդգծել համագործակցության եռակողմ ձևաչափում իրատեսական ծրագրերի իրագործելիությունը:
