ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը մայիսի 16-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության /ՊԳԿ/ Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի գյուղատնտեսության գծով պատասխանատու Ավետիք Ներսիսյանի, ՊԳԿ-ի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչի օգնական Գայանե Նասոյանի, կազմակերպության կլիմայի փոփոխության և էներգետիկայի համակարգող Ռուբեն Սիսսայի, անտառային հարցերով խորհրդատու Նորբերտ Վրինկլերի և միջազգային խորհրդատու Տրևոր Սելֆի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև նախարարի տեղակալ Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը, ՄԱԿ-ի կլիմայի ծրագրերի համակարգող Դիանա Հարությունյանը, նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները:  Քննարկվել են «Կանաչ կլիմա» հիմնադրամի հետ փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին` բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը ներկայացրել է «Կանաչ էկոնոմի կային» համահունչ սոցիալական և տնտեսական զարգացման նպատակների համատեղելիությամբ էկոհամակարգային  քաղաքականության  մոտեցումները, անդրադարձել ոլորտի այն առաջնահերթություններին, որտեղ համագործակցությունը ՄԱԿ-ի պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության հետ կարող է արդյունավետ և նպատակային լինել:

Նախարարն ընդգծել է անտառվերականգնման հարցը, տեղեկացրել, որ ՀՀ Նախագահի և վարչապետի հանձնարարականներով ոլորտում բարեփոխումներ են նախատեսվում, ինչը մեծ ջանքեր է պահանջում և այս տեսանկյունից կարևորում են նաև միջազգային հանրության աջակցությունը:

Անդրադառնալով խնդիրներին` Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նշել է անտառների հաշվառման ամբողջական համակարգի, կառավարման պլանների  բացակայությունը, հսկողության և վերահսկողության համակարգերի թույլ լինելը, շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության փորձաքննական  և մոնիթորինգային ամբողջական համակարգի կատարելագործման անհրաժեշտությունը: Որպես խնդիրների համալիր լուծում Արծվիկ Մինասյանը կարևորել է նաև էկոկրթության և  էկոդաստիարակության հարցը:

«Մենք կարիք ունենք հիմնարար փոփոխությունների և ոլորտում ամբողջական ծրագրի իրականացման»,- նշել է նախարա րը, շեշտելով էկոհամակարգերի վրա հիմնված գործողությունների անհրաժեշտությունը: 

ՊԳԿ-ի պատվիրակության անդամները շնորհակալություն են   հայտնել հանդիպման հնարավորության և ոլորտի խնդիրների մանրամասն անդրադարձի համար, ներկայացրել իրենց մոտեցումները, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական հնարավորությունները, որոնք կարող են տրամադրել «Կանաչ կլիմա» հիմնադրամի հայեցակարգի քննարկման և ծրագրի առաջարկի պատրաստման համար: Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը ևս մեկ անգամ  կարևորել են համատեղ աշխատանքի իրականացումն ու  գործընկերային հարաբերությունների ընդլայնումը, ինչն առաջիկայում կառարկայացվի գործընկերային փաստաթղթի պատրաստմ ամբ:
