Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային շրջայցի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը բնակիչների հետ միասին հանդիսավորությամբ բացել է նորակառույց ևս երկու հանգստի գոտիներ: Ծրագրի կյանքի կոչումն ու նոր և համարավետ այգու բացումն առավել քան սպասված էր Ջրվեժ Բանավան 2-րդ և 4-րդ շենքերի հարակից տարածքի բնակիչների համար: Բնակիչների խնդրանքով քաղաքապետը նկարազարդվող պատին անձամբ է գունավորել խաղաղության աղավնին: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով բարեկարգման և հանստի գոտու ստեղծման համար, բնակիչներն ընդգծել են, որ այգիների ու բակերի բարեկարգման և կառուցման ծրագրերը հատկապես ծայրամասային համարվող վարչական շրջաններում իրապես կարևոր են ու սպասված: Տարոն Մարգարյանն էլ վստահեցրել է, որ քաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման ապահովումն իր առաջնահերթ նպատակներից մեկն է և այդ համատեքստում կարվի ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի անկախ վարչական շրջանի տեղակայման դիրքից երևանցին իրեն զգա իրապես մայրաքաղաքի լիարժեք բնակիչ: Ողջունելով քաղաքապետի նման դիրքորոշումը, բնակիչներն էլ իրենց հերթին վստահեցրել են, որ իրենց ուժերի սահմանում կանեն հնարավորը, որպեսզի օր առաջ կյանքի կոչվեն Տարոն Մարգարյանի ծրագրերը: Հանգստի գոտում տեղի է ունեցել նաև ԵԿՄ կողմից Արցախյան ազատամարտի զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված խաչքարի բացումը:
Բնակիչների տնօրինմանը հանձնված հաջորդ՝ Նոր Նորքի 5-րդ զանգվածի Միկոյան 13 շենքի հարակից տարածքի այգին բարեկարգվել է ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրերի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հետ համատեղ, ինչը քաղաքապետարան-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության լավագույն օրինակներից է: Բարեկարգման ծրագրի շրջանակում 4300 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով նորաստեղծ այգին բնակիչների լիարժեք հանգստի կազմակերպման համար ապահովվել է անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով: Հանգստի գոտում տեղադրվել են նստարաններ, աղբամաններ, զրուցարան: Կառուցվել են նոր արահետներ, աստիճաններ, անցկացվել է արտաքին լուսավորության ու ոռոգման նոր համակարգ: Կարևորելով մասնավոր հատվածի հետ համագործակցությունն ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը, քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծել է, որ քաղաքապետարանը բաց և պատրաստակամ է համագործակցության համար և ողջունում է մասնավոր հատվածի մասնակցությունը Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրերին. «Մենք բազմիցս ենք հայտարարել, որ քաղաքապետարանի ծրագրային գերակայությունների շարքում առանձնակի կարևորվում է այգիների, պուրակների և, ընդհանրապես, կանաչ տարածքների բարեկարգումը և մենք տարեցտարի ավելի ենք ընդլայնում այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների ծավալները: Եվ որ կարևոր է, այս հարցում ևս առաջնորդվում ենք մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման սկզբունքով և ծրագրերի մեծ մասն իրականացնում ենք հատկապես ծայրամասային վարչական շրջաններում: Այսօր մենք երևանցիներին ենք հանձնում հանգստի հերթական գեղեցիկ անկյուններից մեկը, որը կառուցվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրերի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հետ համատեղ իրականացվող «Գեղեցիկ Երևան» ծրագրի շրջանակում: Աշխատանքները մեկնարկել էին գարնանն ու այսօր արդեն Նոր Նորքն ունի 4300 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով գեղեցիկ ու խնամված այգի՝ ճեմուղիներով, նստարաններով, աղբամաններով: Այգու տարածքի 70 տոկոսից ավելին, ինչպես և խոստացել էինք, կանաչ մակերեսն է կազմում: Կարծում եմ նաև նկատեցիք, որ այգու 8 մուտքերից 4-ը հարմարեցված են հենաշարժողական խնդիրներ ունեցող մեր համաքաղաքացիների համար: Մենք շարունակելու ենք նոր այգի-պուրակների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ ծրագրերի իրականացումը և համոզված եմ, որ մի քանի տարի անց մենք իրոք կունենանք ավելի կանաչ ու ավելի բարեկարգ քաղաք, որը, վստահ եմ, բոլորիս ցանկությունն է», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը: Քաղաքապետն ու ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող, ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Բրեդլի Բուզետտոն այգում եղևնի են տնկել:
