Կառավարությունը 700 մլն դրամ հատկացրեց գյուղտեխնիկայի կայանների գործունեության կազմակերպման նպատակով

Հայաստանում մեկնարկած մինչև 9 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքի 7 տոկոսային կետի սուբսիդավորմամբ տրամադրվող գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ֆինանսական վարձակալության՝ լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել տնտեսավարողների շրջանում: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը՝ հավելելով, որ վերջիններս պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ձեռք բերել այլ գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի տեսականի, որի տրամադրումը ծրագրի շրջանակում հնարավոր չէ` ծրագրում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի տեսականու գծով առկա սահմանափակման պատճառով:

«Մինչդեռ, մշակելի հողակտորների ներկայիս կտրտվածությունը, չափերը և մշակաբույսերի բազմազանությունը պահանջում են նաև հավաքակազմի տեխնիկական միջոցների տեսակների փոփոխություն և առավել լայն տեսականի»,- ասաց նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը:

Այդ նպատակով գործադիրը լրացում և փոփոխություններ կատարեց նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում՝ լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում գյուղատնտեսությունում տնտեսավարողների կողմից ձեռք բերվող գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի տեսականու գծով առկա սահմանափակումը վերացնելու նպատակահարմարությամբ պայմանավորված:

Արդյունքում կստեղծվեն առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններ գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների կողմից ապրանքային արտադրության կազմակերպման և հետագա զարգացման համար: Գործադիրը հաստատեց գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի կայանի կազմակերպման նպատակով «Իդաս» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից ներկայացված և դրական եզրակացություն ստացած առաջարկը: Արդյունքում կստեղծվի գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի կայան, որի միջոցով որակյալ ծառայություններ կմատուցվեն գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին:

«Վերջինս կնպաստի գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների մեքենայացման մակարդակի, ագրարային ոլորտի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը,գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի արտադրության ծավալների աճին: Մեկ այլ որոշմամբ էլ 700 մլն դրամ կհատկացվի գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի կայանների գործունեության կազմակերպման և զարգացման նպատակով»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը:
