Ղազախստանում գործարկվելու է ցածրհարստացված ուրանի միջազգային բանկ

Այս տարվա օգոստոսի 17-ին Ղազախստանում գործարկելու են ցածրհարստացված ուրանի բանկ, համաշխարհային նախագծի շնորհանդեսին մասնակցելու Է Ատոմային Էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության (ՄԱԳԱՏԷ) գլխավոր տնօրեն Յուկիա Ամանոն: Այդ մասին հայտնել Է Ղազախստանի Էներգետիկայի նախարար Կ.Բոզումբաեւը: 
 
Զանգվածային բնաջնջման զենքի չտարածման ոլորտում Ղազախստանի կարեւոր միջազգային նախաձեռնություններից մեկը երկրի տարածքում ցածր հարստացված ուրանի միջազգային բանկը (ՑՀՈւ բանկ) տեղավորելու առաջարկն Էր: Դա եզակի նախագիծ Է, որը նմանը չունի աշխարհում: ՑՀՈւ բանկն ստեղծվում Է ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի հովանու ներքո՝ կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ատոմային Էլեկտրակայաններին միջուկային վառելիքի երաշխավորված մատակարարումներն ապահովելու համար, եւ իրենից ներկայացնում Է ցածր հարստացված ուրանի պահեստարան, որը ելանյութն Է ատոմակայանների վառելիքի պատրա ստման համար:
 
ՑՀՈւ բանկի ստեղծման նպատակը մշտական հիման վրա միջուկային վառելիքի միջազգային շուկայի արդյունավետ գործառման ապահովումն Է, որպեսզի միջուկային Էներգետիկա օգտագործող կամ Էներգաարտադրության կառուցվածքում դրա ներառման հնարավորությունը դիտարկող պետությունները վստահ լինեն, որ կկարողանան միջուկային վառելիք ստանալ երաշխավորված ու կանխատեսելի կերպով: 
 
Ինչպես հետեւում Է ստացված տեղեկատվությունից, բանկի կառուցման աշխատանքներն ընթանում են սահմանված ժամանակացույցին համապատասխան: Նախատեսված աշխատանքների ավելի քան 70 տոկոսը կատարված Է: Հուլիսին ենթադրվում Է լիովին ավարտել ցիկլի շինարարությունը եւ այն ընդունել շահագործման: Օգոստոսի 17-ին սպասվում Է ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Յուկիա Ամանոյի այցը, որի մասնակցությամբ բացվելու Է ցածր հարստացված վառելիքի այդ բանկը:
