Տարասովը չի բացառում Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից Ադրբեջանին պաշտոնապես ագրեսոր ճանաչելը

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հասցեական հայտարարությունը վերջնագրի տեսքով զգուշացում էր Ադրբեջանին: Նման դիտարկում արեց Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Կովկասի երկրների հարցերով ռուս փորձագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը՝ խոսելով Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների մայիսի 18-ի հայտարարության մասին, որում ասված է, որ համաձայն տարբեր վստահելի աղբյուրներից ստաց ած տեղեկատվության՝ մայիսի 15-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը շփման գծում հրթիռ են արձակել՝ խոցելով հայկական կողմի ռազմական տեխնիկա: 

«Ադրբեջանը նպատակաուղղված է գնացել բանակցային գործընթացի այժմյան փուլի ձախողման, այսինքն՝ կան պայմաններ, որոնք ձեռնտու չեն նրան: Ադրբեջանը գիտակցաբար գնում է առճակատման, եւ  դժվար է ասել՝ ինչ է սպասում դրանից: Տարբերակները բազմազան են: Կցանկանայի հավատալ, որ չի գնա պատերազմի, բայց իրավիճակի կտրուկ սրացում սպասվում է: Երբ դա կլինի՝ պարզ չէ, պետք է պարզապես պահպանել զգոնություն եւ պատրաստ լինել: Այս ամենը կարծես կայծակ է որոտից  առաջ. Ադրբեջանի քայլերը կարծես միջոց լինեն Մոսկվայի, Երեւանի արձագանքը ստուգելու համար»,- ընդգծեց փորձագետը:

Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը չի բացառում, որ եւս մեկ պատերազմի վերսկսման դեպքում Մինսկի խումբը հնարավոր է՝ Ադրբեջանին արդեն ճանաչի որպես ագրեսոր:

«Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն ավելի քան երբեք շատ կտրուկ արտահայտվեցին Ադրբեջանի հասցեին, ինչը նշանակում է, որ պետք է սպասել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիայի դրսեւորման: Մինսկի խմբի՝ Ադրբեջանին ագրեսոր ճանաչելուց հետո շատ հնարավոր է՝ միջազգային հանրությունը կամ մի քանի պետություններ ճանաչեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը: Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը նշանակում է, որ միգուցե նրանք ինչ-որ քայլ են նախապատրաստում:

Հնարավոր է ենթադրել ընդհուպ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդում բանաձեւի ընդունում. համանախագահող երկրները ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ են, եւ եթե նրանք համաձայնեցված կերպով ճանաչեն Ադրբեջանին որպես ագրեսոր, հնարավոր է՝ Ադրբեջանը նույնիսկ երազներում չտեսնի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը»,- եզրափակեց նա:
