«Համառուսաստանյան ադրբեջանական կոնգրես»-ի (ՀԱԿ) լուծարման մասին որոշումը որևէ կերպ կապված չէ քաղաքականության հետ և չպետք է անդրադառնա Մոսկվայի և Բաքվի հարաբերությունների զարգացման վրա։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Վասիլի Նեբենզյան։

«Դա չպետք է  հանգեցնի երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների վատացման»,- ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ն, շեշտել է բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը։  

«Հարցերը իրավական հարթությունից են, և պետք է այդպես էլ քննարկվեն,- պարզաբանել է Նեբենզյան։ -Որոշումը կապված է ոչ թե ինչ-որ մեկի քաղաքական կամքիօ հետ, դա մեևր իրավապահ մարմինների որոծումն է՝  կապված այդ կազմակերպության գրանցման ընթացակարգի խախտման հետ»։

«Ես բացարձակապես վստահ եմ, որ այս պատմությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունների վրա»,- ընդծել է արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարի տեղակալը։

ՌԴ գերագույն դատարանը մայիսի 15-ին բավարարել է ՌԴ արդարադատության նախարարության հայցը «Համառուսաստանյան ադրբեջանական կոնգրես» հասարակական կազմակերպության լուծարման մասին՝ դրա կանոնադրությունը ՌԴ օրենսդրությանը չհամապատասխանելու պատճառով։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել են ՌԴ արդարադատության նախարարությունում, կազմակերպության նկատմամբ վերահսկողական միջոցառումների շրջանակում հաստատվել է, որ դրա կանոնադրության դրույթները չեն համապատասխանում գործող օրենսդրության պահանջներին։ Մասնավորապես, կազմակերպության անվանումը չի պարունակում նշում դրա գործունեության բնույթի մասին, իսկ կազմակերպության անունից առանց լիազորագիր գործելու իրավունք ունեցող տվյալները չեն համապատասխանում կազմակերպության մասին տվյալներին, որոնք պահվում են ՌԴ իրավաբանական անձանց միանական պետական գրանցա մատյանում։
