Նոր Գեղի-Արգել-Արզական-Հրազդան ճանապարհահատվածում ընթանում են ճանապարհաշինական աշխատանքներ

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն այցելել է Կոտայքի մարզ, որտեղ ընթացքի մեջ են Նոր Գեղի - Արգել - Արզական – Հրազդան ճանապարհահատվածի վերականգնման աշխատանքները:

Շինարարությունն իրականացվում է «Կենսական նշանակության ճանապարհային ցանցի բարելավում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում:

Շինաշխատանքները մեկնարկել են անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերին, սակայն եղանակով պայմանավորված՝ ձմռանը դադարեցվել էին: Մարտ ամսից աշխատանքները վերսկսվել են, անձրևների դադարելուն պես շինարարությունը կարագանա:

Արդեն իսկ ասֆալտապատվել է գրեթե 3 կմ ճանապարհահատված, վերանորոգվել են հենապատերը, կառուցվել են նորերը: Դրանց որակը Վահան Մարտիրոսյանին այդքան էլ չի գոհացրել: Նա հանձնարարել է հնարավորին արագ շտկել թերությունները:

Շարունակվում են նաև  ջրահեռացման համակարգերի և մայթերի վերականգնման աշխատանքները:  Վերականգնվող ճանապարհահատվածն անցնում է Քարաշամբ, Թեղենիկ, Արզական և Բջնի համայնքներով: Այդ իսկ պատճառով շինարարության ընթացքում հաճախ համայնքի ղեկավարները հարցեր են բարձրացնում, որոնց պարտադիր ընթացք է տրվում:

Բջնիում, օրինակ, համայնքի ղեկավարը խնդրել է նախատեսված երկու մայթի փոխարեն մեկը կառուցել, ինչի հաշվին ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածը կլայնանա. այս դեպքում դա ավելի նպատակահարմար է:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հորդորեց մշտապես աշխատել համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ և քննարկել բոլոր առաջարկությունները:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, վերականգնվելու է շուրջ 19 կմ հանրապետական և համայնքային նշանակության ճանապարհ: Աշխատանքներն, ըստ պայմանագրի, ավարտվելու են նոյեմբերի վերջին, որից հետո 3 տարի անընդմեջ նույն ճանապարհաշինական ընկերությունները կիրականացնեն ճանապարհահատվածների ընթացիկ ամառային և ձմեռային պահպանությունը:

Կոտայքի մարզ այցելության ընթացքում Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը եղել է նաև Նոր Հաճընում, որտեղ քննարկվել է կամրջի լուսավորությունը վերականգնելու հարցը:

Արդեն իսկ պայմանավորվածություն կա «Philips Lighting» կազմակերպության հայաստանյան ներմուծող «Կոնսէլ» ընկերության հետ` սեփական միջոցներով ժամանակակից, էներգախնայող բարձրակարգ լամպերով լուսավորելու Նոր Հաճընի կամուրջը։
