Թեև 2016 թվականին համաշխարհային տնտեսության վերականգնումը շարունակվել է, սակայն սպասվածից ավելի ցածր տեմպով` պայմանավորված նվազման ուղղությամբ ռիսկերի նյութականացմամբ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի հրապարակած 2016 թվականի ֆինանսական կայունության հաշվետվությունը, զարգացած երկրներում, բացառությամբ ԱՄՆ-ի, խնդրահարույց են եղել տնտեսական աճի ցածր տեմպը, ցածր գնաճային միջավայրը, ֆինանսական համակարգում առկա ռիսկերը: Նման պայմաններում զարգացած երկրները պահպանել են ցածր տոկոսադրույքների քաղաքականության ուղղությունը, իսկ ԱՄՆ, որը նախորդ տարեվերջին ցածր տոկոսադրույքների քաղաքականության ուղղության շրջադարձ էր կատարել, շարունակել է դրամավարկային պայմանների աստիճանական խստացումը:

Զարգացող երկրներում շարունակվել է ցածր տնտեսական աճի պայմաններում կապիտալի արտահոսքը, որը տարեվերջին, այնուամենայնիվ, փոխարինվել է ներհոսքով, միևնույն ժամանակ, ֆինանսական կայունության տեսանկյունից ռիսկային է դարձել մասնավոր պարտքի բեռի ծավալների փոփոխությունը: Զարգացող երկրներում տնտեսական աճին խոչընդոտող տնտեսական ռիսկերից զատ, օրակարգային են մնացել նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական, մասնավորապես` «ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի», Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի փոխհարաբերությունների հետ կապված ռիսկերը: Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական անկման ու մասնավոր սպառման նվազման հետևանքով շարունակել է նվազել ՌԴ-ից ստացվող ոչ առևտրային բնույթի դրամական փոխանցումների ներհոսքը: Համաշխարհային անկայուն տնտեսական աճը, զարգացող երկրների ցածր տնտեսական աճը և հատկապես ՌԴ-ում առկա տնտեսական հիմնախնդիրները բացասաբար են անդրադարձել ՀՀ ներդրումային միջավայրի, տնտեսական աճի, արտահանման աճի ու մասնավոր փոխանցումների վրա:
