Մենք դեռեւս ամբողջությամբ երախտագիտություն չենք հայտնել Ցեղասպանության ժամանակ հայերին փրկած անծանոթներին: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 28-ին, Կոմիտասի թանգարանում ասաց «Ավրորա» մարդասիրական նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր, Flagship Pioneering ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն, ձեռներեց Նուբար Աֆեյանը:

Նուբար Աֆեյանը պատմեց, որ Ցեղասպանության ժամանակ իր պապիկին եւ նրա եղբորը փրկել են գերմանացիները:

«Պապիկս եւ նրա եղբայրը հայտնի գործարարներ էին, Ստամբուլում ներկայացնում էին գերմանական բանկ: Ցեղասպանության ժամանակ նրանց, ինչպես եւ մյուսներին, սկսեցին քշել իրենց քաղաքից: Նրանք քշվել են մինչեւ այն կայարանը, որը եղել է գերմանացիների վերահսկողության տակ: Պապիկս կապուտաչյա էր եւ գերմաներեն էր խոսում, այդ պատճառով գերմանացի սպաները նրանց վերցրել էին իրենց հետ եւ այսպիսով փրկել»,- ասաց Նուբար Աֆեյանը:

«Ավրորա» մարդասիրական նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիրը նշեց, որ իր ընտանիքի պատմությանը ծանոթացել է բուլղարական պարբերականներից մեկի միջոցով, որում հրապարակում է եղել Աֆեյաններին փրկած գերմանացիների մասին:

Նուբար Աֆեյանի ելույթից հետո բեմ բարձրացավ նրա դուստրը, որը կատարեց Կոմիտասի կատարումներից մեկը: Նշենք, որ միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաեւ Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի դեսպանը, Ռոբերտ Բոշ հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները եւ այլ հյուրեր արտերկրից։

«Կոմիտասի ժառանգությունը» միջոցառման ավարտին հյուրերը շրջելու են թանգարանով:
