Նախագահի նստավայրում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել Հանրապետության տոնի առթիվ պետական պարգևների և կոչումների շնորհման արարողությունը: Գիտության, կրթության, առողջապահության, տնտեսության, արվեստի և մշակույթի, սպորտի ոլորտներում ունեցած վաստակի, արդյունավետ աշխատանքի, հայրենասիրության, անմնացորդ նվիրումի, հայրենիք-սփյուռք կապերի խորացման և ընդլայնման գործում ունեցած նշանակալի ավանդի համար Հանրապետության Նախագահը մի խումբ անձանց պարգևատրել է պետական բարձրագույն պարգևներով, շնորհել նաև պատվավոր կոչումներ:  Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից։  Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհավորել է պարգևատրվածներին Հանրապետության տոնի ու պետական բարձր պարգևների և կոչումների արժանանալու առթիվ:   Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի շնորհավորական խոսքը պարգևատրման արարողության ժամանակ.    «Հարգելի՛ տիկնայք և պարոնայք,  Հարգելի՛ հյուրեր,  Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ Հանրապետության տոնի և մեր պետության բարձր կոչումներին ու պարգևներին արժանանալու առթիվ:  Հայաստանը թևակոխել է լրջագույն փոփոխությունների փուլ: Այդ փոփոխությունների հիմքում դրվում է առաջին հերթին արդարության սկզբունքը:  Մեր երկրի դիմագիծը փոխելու համար մենք մշտապես պետք է բացահայտենք և մեծարենք արժանավորներին: Դա է լավը՝ վատից, ճիշտը՝ ստից, բարին՝ չարից զատելու և առանձնացնելու ուղին: Հասարակությունները հաջողություններ են գրանցում՝ հենվելով բացառապես ճշմարիտ արժեքների վրա:  Վստահ եմ, որ լավը, ճիշտը, բարին մեր հասարակության անդամներին միավորող արժեքներ են: Դա է մեր պետականության հիմքերն ամրապնդելու և վստահորեն առաջ շարժվելու ճանապարհը: Այսօր մենք տոնում ենք Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության հիմնադրման տարեդարձը: Անցած 99 տարիների ընթացքում ստեղծվել են բազում արժեքներ՝ նյութական, հոգևոր, տեխնոլոգիական: Դրանք արդյունք են նվիրյալների և պրոֆեսիոնալների աշխատանքի, նրանց տաղանդի և նպատակասլացության:  Մեր օրերում դուք եք արժանիների հերթափոխը: Եվ մեր հասարակությունը երախտապարտ է ձեր ջանքերի և նվիրումի համար:  Այսօր մեր երկրում ընթացող բարեփոխումները ընդլայնվելու են՝ դառնալով լայնածավալ ու համակարգային, իսկ արդյունքները չպետք է երկար սպասել տան: Ավելին, դրանք պետք է զգալի լինեն և շոշափելի Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու կյանքում:  Գալիք երկու-երեք տարիները բեկումնային են: Ակնկալում եմ, որ դուք ևս ձեր ողջ ներուժը և ձեր ամբողջական գիտելիքները ներդնելու եք այդ շնորհակալ աշխատանքում:  Վստահ եմ, որ մեր քաղաքացու կյանքն օրեցօր բարելավվելու է:   Վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանը լինելու է ուժեղ և բարեկեցիկ երկիր: Գ Ո Վ Ա Զ Դ Վստահ եմ, որ դա իրականություն դարձնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է բոլորիս նախանձախնդիր և հետևողական աշխատանքը:  Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ, սիրելի՛ բարեկամներ, այս կարևոր տոնի և պարգևատրման կապակցությամբ:  Շնորհակալ եմ ձեզ՝ ձեր ազնիվ վաստակի համար:
