Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը մայիսի 30-ին հանդիպեց Երևան ժամանած Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Լամբերտո Զանիերի հետ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Հանդիպումը մեկնարկեց նախարար Նալբանդյա! նի և գլխավոր քարտուղար Զանիերի առանձնազրույցով, անուհետև շարունակվեց պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ: 

Նախարար Նալբանդյանը գոհունակությամբ նշեց Հայաստանի ներգրավվածությունը ԵԱՀԿ գործունեության բոլոր հարթություններում՝ օրինակելի համարելով Հայաստանում ԵԱՀԿ ծրագրերի իրագործումը: 

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը ափսոսանք հայտնեց Երևանում տեղակայված, մեր տարածաշրջանում գործող ԵԱՀԿ միակ գրասենյակի մանդատի կասեցման առնչությամբ՝ արձանագրելով, որ Ադրբեջանը չխորշեց չարաշահել ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում վետոյի իրավունքը և ! այդպիսով արգելափակել գրասենյակի հետագա գործունեությունը: Նախարար Նալբանդյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ գրասենյակի իրականացրած աշխատանքներն ու ծրագրերը կշարունակվեն այլ ձևաչափերով: 

Գլխավոր քարուղար Զանիերն անդրադարձավ ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի գործունեության մանդատի կասեցման գործընթացին՝ ափսոսանք հայտնելով, որ կազմակերպությանը չհաջողվեց կանխել այդ գործընթացը: Զանիերը նշեց նաև, որ Երևանում տեղակայված գրասենյակի գործունեության դադարեցումը չի նշանակում, թե ԵԱՀԿ-ն ընդհատելու կամ կասեցնելու է Հայաստանում մի շարք ծրագրերի իրականացումը՝ նշելով, որ ՀՀ-ն և ԵԱՀԿ-ն ու! նեն հագեցած օրակարգ, հետևաբար, կողմերը կփնտրեն այլ ձևաչափեր՝ ակտիվ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու համար: 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան նաև ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: Արձանագրվեց, որ աննախադեպ մեծ քանակությամբ դիտորդներն էին հետևում ընտրություններին, արժևորվեցին միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելությունների գնահատականները, որոնց համաձայն՝ ընտրությունները լավ էին կազմակերպված, հարգվել են մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքները, իսկ քվեարկության արդյունքներն արտացոլում են Հայաստանի ժողովրդի կամքը:

Նախա! րար Նալբանդյանն իր զրուցակցին ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացն առաջ մղելուն ուղղված՝ Հայաստանի ու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ջանքերը: Կարևորվեց նախորդ տարի Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների իրագործումը: 

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվեցին նաև ԵԱՀԿ օրակարգային հարցեր, ավստրիական նախագահության առաջնահերթությունների իրագործման ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանն առնչվող հրատապ բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրներ:

Հանդիպումից հետո նախարար Նալբանդյանն ու գլխավոր քարտուղար Զանիերը հանդես եկան համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսով:
