ՆԱՏՕ-ի ԽՎ նիստում Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հստակեցրել է, որ ՀՀ-ում ռուսական զորքը որևէ ձևաչափով մասնակցություն չունի ԼՂ հակամարտությանը

ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հայաստանյան պատվիրակության անդամ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը վեհաժողովի գարնանային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում արձագանքել է Վրաստանի հաշտության և քաղաքացիական հավասարության նախարարի հայտարարությանը, թե Արևելյան գործընկերության տարածքի բոլոր երկրների հակամարտություններում կա ռուսական զորքի մասնակցությունը: Մայիսի 31-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հայտնեց, որ վրացի նախարարը նիստի ընթացքում Աբխազիայի հակամարտության վերաբերյալ իր զեկույցն այնպես էր կառուցում, որ բոլոր հակամարտությունները նույն պատմական առանցքն ու խնդիրներն ունեն: «Ես խոսք վերցրեցի և նախարարին հորդորեցի բոլոր հակամարտությունները չընդհանրացնել, քանի որ դա չի նպաստելու դրանց կարգավորմանը: Ես նշեցի, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի  հակամարտությունը տարբերվում է Արևելյան գործընկերության անդամ երկրների բոլոր մնացած հակամարտություններից՝ լինի դա Հարավային Օսեթիան, Աբխազիան, Մերձդնեստրը, թե Ղրիմը»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մարուքյանը:

Հայ պատգամավորը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ դա միակ չկարգավորված հակամարտությունն է, որտեղ չկա ռուսական զորքերի մասնակցությունը: «Ես հստակեցրեցի, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ռուսական զորք տեղակայված չէ, և պետք չէ ներկայացնել այնպես, իբրև թե բոլոր տեղերում նույն վիճակն է: Ես նշեցի նաև, որ Վրաստանը երբեք չէի համեմատի Ադրբեջանի հետ, որովհետև այդ պետությունը երբեք չի հարձակվում Աբխազիայի վրա և շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով պատերազմ չի սկսում, զինվորներին չի սպանում, հետո նրանց գլխատում, մարմինները խոշտանգում»,- մանրամաս! նեց Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:

Ի պատասխան՝ վրացի նախարարը նշել է, որ ինքը խոսում է այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանը բոլոր հակամարտություններում ինչ-որ ձևով մասնակցություն ունի և կարևոր չէ, թե դա ինչ ձևաչափ է: Բրիտանական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչներից մեկն էլ նշել է, թե, իրենց տեղեկություններով, ռուսական զորքը ԼՂ հակամարտությանը մասնակցություն ունի և որ Հայաստանում ռուսական զորք կա: «Ես պատասխանեցի, որ Հայաստանում  ռուսական ռազմաբազա կա, որը որևէ առնչություն չունի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հետ»,- ասաց ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում հայաստա! նյան պատվիրակության անդամը:

Մարուքյանը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի յուրահատկություններից մեկն այն է, որ խնդրի կարգավորմամբ զբաղվում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը, որտեղ համանախագահում են ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի երեք մշտական անդամներ՝ ՌԴ-ն, Ֆրանսիան և ԱՄՆ-ն: Պատգամավորն ընդգծում է, որ միջազգային խորհրդարանական կազմակերպություններում հայկական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությունը և ակտիվությունը կարևոր է նրանով, որ այլ պատվիրակությունների ներկայացուցիչների մոտ միակողմանի կարծիք չձևավորվի:
