ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչը Վիեննայում մասնակցում է ՄԱԿ-ի հանցավորության և թմրամիջոցների գրասենյակի կողմից կազմակերպված Մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի գործերով բազմակողմանի միջազգային համագործակցության վերաբերյալ ձեռնարկի փորձագիտական քննարկմանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Միջոցառումը նպատակ է հետապնդում վերանայելու դեռևս 2010 թվականին հրատարակված ձեռնարկը և այն վերահրատարակել 2018 թվականին: Փորձագիտական քննարկմանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ դեպարտամենտի իրավական ապահովման և վիճակագրական վարչության պետ Դավիթ Թումասյանը։

Նշենք, որ ԱՊՀ երկրներից Հայաստանը միակ պետությունն է, ում ներկայացուցիչը ընդգրկված է փորձագետների խմբի կազմի մեջ: Փորձագետներ ներկայացված են նաև ԱՄՆ-ից, Ավստրիայից, Արգենտինայից, Իսրայելից, Դանիայից, Չեխիայից, Նիդեռլանդներից, Հարավային Աֆրիկայից, Թաիլանդից և այլ երկրներից՝ մասնագիտությամբ դատավորներ, դատախազներ, փաստաբաններ, թրաֆիքինգի դեմ պայքարով զբաղվող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ և այլն:

Քննարկումների ժամանակ փորձագետները, բաժանվելով խմբերի, առարկայական ամփոփ քննարկել են ձեռնարկի առանձին բաժինները:

Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչն այսօր մասնակցել է մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի սահմանման ուսումնասիրությանը և հատկանիշների ներկայացմանը վերաբերող գլխի քննարկումներին: Նա ամփոփ ներկայացրել է ՀՀ-ում թրաֆիքինգի դեմ պայքարն ու վիճակագրությունը, քննարկել անդրազգային թրաֆիքինգի առանձնահատկությունները ՀՀ-ում և մեր երկրի համար նպատակակետ երկրների հետ համագործակցության ֆորմալ և ոչ ֆորմալ տարբերակները, ինչից ելնելով՝ կազմակերպիչներն առաջարկել են անդրադառնալ ձեռնարկում նաև միջազգային իրավական համագործակցության դեպքում քաղաքական որոշ միտումների ազդեցությանը նույնպես:

Երկօրյա հանդիպման արդյունքում կլրամշակվեն ձեռնարկի 5 գլուխները, որոնք միասնական կքննարկվեն բոլոր մասնակիցների կողմից:

Այս ձեռնարկը՝ որպես խորհրդատվական փաստաթուղթ, ներկայացվելու է ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ երկրներին՝ իրավապահ մարմինների օգտագործման և մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի դեմ պայքարում իրավական համագործակցության միասնական պրակտիկա ձևավորելու համար»:
