Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ ՀՀ Նախագահի վերահսկողության ծառայության ղեկավար Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ֆիրդուսի և Գլխավոր պողոտայի իրացման գործընթացում դեռևս դժգոհ մնացած քաղաքացիների հետ։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ Նախագահի վերահսկողության ծառայության ղեկավարը շահառուներին մանրամասն իրազեկել է իրացման գործընթացի մանրամասները։ Մասնավորապես, Ֆիրդուսի և Գլխավոր պողոտայում 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբեր ամսվա դրությամբ առկա էին 154 ժամկետանց պայմանագրեր, որոնցով առկա պարտավորությունները կազմում էին 13.440 քմ բնակարանների հատկացում՝ Երևանի գինու գործարանին հարող թաղամասում և Ֆիրդուսի թաղամասում կառուցվելիք շենքերից:

Կառավարության օժանդակությամբ «Սիթի Սենտր Դիվելոփմենթ» ՓԲԸ-ն 2015 թվականի տարեվերջին 154 ժամկետանց պայմանագրերից սպասարկել է 1.953 քմ բնակարանների հատկացման պարտավորություն` թվով 38 ընտանիքների նկատմամբ: Կառավարության օժանդակությամբ 2016 թվականի հունիսից սկսած «Սիթի Սենտր Դիվելոփմենթ» ՓԲԸ-ն այլ կառուցապատողից փոխանակության հիմունքներով ձեռք բերեց բնակարաններ Երևանի քաղաքում տարբեր նորակառույց շենքերից:

Ձեռքբերված, ինչպես նաև «Գլենդել Հիլզի» խմբում առկա ավարտված շենքերի բնակարաններով, գտնվելու վայրերից ելնելով գործակիցներ կիրառելով, մինչ 01.06.2017 թվականը «Սիթի Սենտր Դիվելոփմենթ» ՓԲԸ-ն սպասարկել է 8.065 քմ բնակարանների հատկացման պարտավորություն՝ 84 ընտանիքների նկատմամբ: Այս պահի դրությամբ 12 շահառուներ գտնվում են բնակարանների ընտրության և պայմանագրերի կնքման գործընթացում:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 154 շահառուներից այսօր առկա են 20 չբավարարված շահառուներ, ովքեր դժգոհ են առաջարկվող շենքերի տեղակայման վայրերից, բնակարանների վերանորոգման վիճակից և հետագայում հատկացվելիք շենքերում գործող սպասարկման վճարներից՝ պահանջելով գումարային փոխհատուցումներ: Հովհաննես Հովսեփյանը հանդիպման մասնակիցներին տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀՀ Նախագահից հանձնարարություն է ստացել ամենօրյա ռեժիմով վերահսկել, որպեսզի կառավարության համապատասխան գերատեսչություններն օր առաջ ավարտեն իրենց պարտավորությունների կատարումն այս ծրագրի ավարտման ուղղությամբ և վստահություն է հայտնել, որ քաղաքացիների բարձրացրած հարցերը մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում լուծում կստանան:
