ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի (Ռուսաստան), Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդի (ԱՄՆ) և Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտիի (Ֆրանսիա)՝ հունիսի 10-ին նախատեսված Հայաստան այցի շրջանակում համանախագահները հանդիպում կունենան ՀՀ նախագահի, պաշտպանության եւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Իգոր Պոպովը:

«Ֆրանսիական եւ ամերիկյան կողմերի համանախագահների, ինչպես նաեւ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկի հետ ավելի վաղ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ հունիսի 10-ին կլինենք Հայաստանում: Մենք ուզում ենք հստակեցնել հակամարտության գոտում տիրող իրավիճակը: Նախատեսվում է արդիական հարցերի քննարկում՝ այդ թվում՝ հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների՝ ապրիլի վերջին կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքները: Հաջորդ օրը նախատեսվում է այց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ: Ընդունված կարգի համաձայն՝ հանդիպումների արդյունքում ԵԱՀԿ-ի պաշտոնական կայքում կհրապարակվի համապատասխան հայտարարություն»,-ասաց ռուսաստանցի համանախագահը՝ նաեւ տեղեկացնելով, որ հաջորդ շաբաթվա վերջին համանախագահներն այցելելու են Բաքու:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք նման հասցեական հայտարարությունները, ինչպես վերջերս հնչեցրել էին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, կարո՞ղ են ինչ-որ կերպ նպաստել արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում լարվածության նվազեցմանը, Իգոր Պոպովը պատասխանեց.

«Մեր հայտարարության մեջ դատապարտվում են հրադադարի ռեժիմի վերջին խախտումները, եւ հակամարտության կողմերին կոչ է արվում ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները շփման գծում եւ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին լարվածության հետագա սրումը կանխելու համար: Ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, հակամարտության գոտում տիրող իրավիճակը, զարգացման հեռանկարները կլինեն տարածաշրջան կատարելիք առաջիկա այցի քննարկման առարկան: Որպես միջնորդներ՝ մեր խնդիրն է անել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի հակամարտությունը կարգավորվի բացառապես խաղաղ, քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական միջոցներով: Շարունակելու ենք աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ»,-եզրափակեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ռուսաստանցի համանախագահը:
