Ադրբեջանի Ղըզըլբաշ շրջանում գտնվող 14-րդ  համարի բանտում արդեն մի քանի շաբաթ է ջուր չկա: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է ադրբեջանական «Բաստաինֆո»-ն:

Ջրի երկարատև բացակայության պայմաններում քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում ստեղծվել է սանիտարական ծայրահեղ անմխիթար վիճակ, սկսել են տարածվել տարբեր հիվանդություններ:

Բանտի ղեկավարությունը ջուրը միացնում է օրական ընդամենը կես ժամով, ինչի ընթացքում հարյուրավոր բանտարկյալներ չեն հասցնում անգամ լվացվել:

Բանտի ղեկավարությունը ջրի բացակայությունը մեկնաբանում է նրանով, որ արոտավայրերում անասունների արածեցման շրջանը սկսվել է, և հովիվները փոխում են բանտ եկող ջրագծի հունը, սակայն ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր հատվածի կարծիքով` բանտի ղեկավարությունը ջրից զրկելով բանտարկյալներին ցանկանում է պատժել և տանջանքների ենթարկել:

Այս բանտում իր ազատազրկման պատիժն է կրում Լրագրողների ազատության և անվտանգության ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչ Մեհման Հուսեյնովը:

 Ապօրինաբար ձերբակալելով Մեհման Հուսեյնովին՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ցանկանում են լռեցնել երկրում տիրող անարդարությունները բարձրաձայնող և իշխանություններին քննադատող ևս մեկ ակտիվ գործչի:

Ադրբեջանցի բլոգեր և Լրագրողների ազատություն և անվտանգության ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչ Մեհման Հուսեյնովը ավելի վաղ` հունվարին, ձերբակալվել և ազատ էր արձակվել, ինչից հետո հայտարարել էր, որ ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում ճնշումների է ենթարկվել: Նման հայտարարությունից հետո Նասիմիի շրջանի ոստիկանական վարչությունը բլոգերի դեմ գործ էր հարուցել` հայտնելով, որ նրա հայտարարությունները զրպարտանք են, և Հուսեյնովը զրպարտության հատկանիշներով դատապարտվել է 2 տարվա ազատազրկման:
