ՀՀ ՊՆ Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանում (ՀՀ ՊՆ ՊԱՀՀ) հունիսի 8-ին հյուրընկալվեց ՀՀ-ում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության դեսպանության նորանշանակ ռազմական և ռազմաօդային կցորդ, ավագ գնդապետ Չժան Ֆենխուան: Հյուրին ընդունեց ՀՀ ՊՆ ՊԱՀՀ-ի պետ, քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հայկ Քոթանջյանը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև ՊԱՀՀ-ի պետի՝ գիտության գծով տեղակալ-Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի պետ, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Բենիամին Պողոսյանը և ՊԱՀՀ-ի ԱՌՀԻ-ի գիտնական-վերլուծաբան, տնտեսական գիտությունների թեկնածու Ազատ Դավթյանը:

Հանդիպման սկզբում գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հայկ Քոթանջյանը շնորհավորեց ռազմական կցորդին պաշտոնի ստանձնման առթիվ՝ մաղթելով հաջողություն Հայաստանում իր ծառայությունն իրականացնելու ընթացքում: Նա ներկայացրեց ՀՀ ՊՆ ՊԱՀՀ-ի և Չինաստանի նմանատիպ հաստատությունների միջև համագործակցության հաստատմանն ուղղված քայլերը, մասնավորապես՝ անդրադառնալով ՊԱՀՀ-ի և Չինաստանի Միջազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի միջև ստորագրված համագործակցության հուշագրին:

Երկու հաստատությունների միջև համագործակցության հիմքը դրվել է ՊԱՀՀ-ի պետ Հայկ Քոթանջյանի՝ 2014 թ. Չինաստանի Միջազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտ կատարած այցի ընթացքում: Համագործակցության հուշագիրը ստորագրվել է ՊԱՀՀ-ի պետի՝ գիտության գծով տեղակալ Բենիամին Պողոսյանի՝ 2016 թ. հոկտեմբերին Չինաստանի Միջազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի կողմից կազմակերպված միջազգային համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով Պեկին կատարած այցի ժամանակ:

ՊԱՀՀ-ի և Չինաստանի համանման հաստատությունների միջև համագործակցության հաստատման ևս մեկ օրինակ է Սիանի Ժամանակակից միջազգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի միջև համագործակցության հուշագրի ստորագրման շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունը, որը ձեռք է բերվել ՊԱՀՀ-ի ԱՌՀԻ-ի գիտնական-վերլուծաբան Ազատ Դավթյանի՝ 2016 թ. հոկտեմբերին Սիան և 2017 թ. ապրիլին Պեկին կատարած այցերի ընթացքում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ավագ գնդապետ Չժան Ֆենխուան կարևորեց Հայաստանի Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի, Չինաստանի Միջազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի և Սիանի Ժամանակակից միջազգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի միջև համագործակցությունը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ այն կնպաստի երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների սերտացմանը:
