ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում հունիսի 9-ին տեղի ունեցավ հանդիպում հասարակական գործիչ, բարերար Հրաչյա Պողոսյանի հետ, որին մասնակցեցին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդա­կան, գենե­րալ-լեյտենանտ Մուրազ Սարգսյանը, «Նոեվ Կովչեգ» թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր Գ. Անիսոնյանը, ՌԴ մշակույթի վաստակավոր գործիչ Յուրի Նիկոլայի Կլյոնովը, «Դոնի Նախիջևանի հայկական համայնք» կազմակերպության գործադիր տնօրեն, «Հայազգ» համահայկական մշակութալուսավորչական հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Սա­յադովը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հ. Հակոբյանը: Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ նախարարը մասնավորապես նշեց. «Ուրախ եմ ողջունել հայ ժողովրդի լավագույն զավակներից մեկին, բարերարին, մեծ մարդուն:Այս հանդիպումը նպատակ ունի հայ հասարակությանը ներկայացնել նրա անցած ուղին: Հարգելի՛ պարոն Պողոսյան, Աստված Ձեզ մեծ սիրտ է տվել, որը բաբախում է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի համար, փորձում է զորացնել, ամրապնդել հայ-ռուսական բարեկամությունը: Հրաչյա Պողոսյանի կյանքը ինձ համար հիանալի օրինակ է՝ զինվորական ճանապարհ անցնելով, ամենուր իրեն դրսևորել է որպես պարտաճանաչ և պատասխանատու մարդ: Նրանից օրինակ վերցնելով՝ հասկանում ենք, որ բոլորս ազգովի ծառայության մեջ ենք, ծառայում ենք մեր Հայրենիքին: Այդ ծառայությունը նա անում է սիրով, նվիրումով, պատրաստակամությամբ: Հարգելի՛ պարոն Պողոսյան, ուզում եմ խորապես շնորհակալ լինել, որ Ձեր գործնական, զինվորական կերպարն ամբողջանում է մտավորականի, բարերարի կերպարով: Դուք իսկական հայ եք, մեր ազգի մեծ զավակը»:

Ցուցադրվեց  տեսաֆիլմ, որը ներկայացրեց Հրաչյա Պողոսյան մարդու, հայի, բարերարի անցած փառավոր ուղին:

Ելույթ ունեցան, դրվատանքի ու երախտագիության խոսքեր ասացին Մուրազ Սարգսյանը, Գ. Անիսոնյանը, Յուրի Կլյոնովը, Սերգեյ Սա­յադովը:

Հնչեցին հայրենասիրական երգեր Վլադիմիր Ահարոնյանի և Հայկ Եսայանի կատարմամբ:

Վերջում ելույթ ունեցավ բարերար Հրաչյա Պողոսյանը: Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ջերմ ընդունելության, մեծարանքի ու դրվատանքի խոսքերի համար և հավելեց. «Ափսոս մայրս այսօր ներկա չէ այս հանդիպմանը»:
