ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը ներկայումս կարկտահարության վնասները փոխհատուցելու հնարավորություններ և ծրագրեր չունի:  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունիսի 10-ին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը: Նրա կարծիքով` այդ խնդիրը երկար տարիներ կա: Այդ պատճառով` նախարարը կարևորեց ապահովագրության ծրագրի ներդրումը:

«Կնախատեսենք ծախսերի փոխհատուցում, որպեսզի գյուղացին ապահոված լինի: Դրա համար մի փոքր ժամանակ է պետք, որպեսզի ամբողջ Հայաստանում կարողանանք ներդնել այն, սակայն ներկայիս իրականությունն այլ է»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը:

Անդրադառնալով չոռոգվող տարածքներում ջրի ապահովմանը, նախարարը նշեց, որ  Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեն շատ ակտիվ աշխատում է, որպեսզի ոռոգման տարածքների հարցը լուծվի: Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ միջազգային կառույցների հետ ֆինանսական աջակցության հնարավորություններ են քննարկում, որպեսզի չոռոգվող տարածքները դարձնեն ոռոգելի: «Կաթիլային համակարգը ներդնելով, կտնտեսենք այն ջրի ծախսը, որ ներկայումս կա: Այն թույլ կտա նաև ջրի պաշար ստեղծել մյուս տեղերում, որպեսզի չլինեն սեզոնային ընդհատումներ»,- հավելեց նախարարը:
