60 տարի հետո մարդիկ կկարողանան ապրել մինչև 120 տարի, պնդում է կյանքի երկարացման ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետնրեից մեկը: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ կենսաբանական կամ «ներքին» ծերացումը կարող է դանդաղեցվել, բացի դրանից՝ մեր ԴՆԹ-ի հետ փոխազդող դեղամիջոցներն օգնում են ավելի երկար պահպանել օրգանիզմի գործառնությունը, գրում է inosmi.ru-ն: Մասնագետները, սակայն, նշում են, որ լիարժեք արդյունքի համար այդ դեղամիջոցները պարտադիր պետք է համադրել առողջ ապրելակերպի հետ: Գիտնականների համար դեռ պարզ չէ՝ կյանքի երկարացումը մինչև 120 տարի ինչպես կարող է ազդել դրա որակի վրա: Այդպիսի բուժման կողմնակի ազդեցությունները ևս հայտնի չեն: Մի շարք եվրոպական երկրներում քննարկվում է հաջորդ 3 տարիներին դիտարկվող դեղամիջոցների փորձարկում սկսելու հարցը: Քննարկվող դեղամիջոցների շարքում առաջին հերթին Տիմալինն է, որը խթանում է իմունային համակարգի գործունեությունը, և Կորտեքսինը, որն օգնում է ավելի երկար պահպանել ուղեղի ակտիվությունը: Մոսկվայում GLMED բժշկական կենտրոնի մասնագետների կատարած նման ուսումնասիրության շրջանակներում գնահատվել է քննարկվող դեղամիջոցներով բուժման կուրսի ընթացքում 31-72 տարեկան մարդկանց երկարակեցության 60 մարկեր: Պարզվել է՝ առողջ ապրելակերպի հետ համադրությամբ տվյալ դեղամիջոցները 12 ամսում կարող են մարդու կենսաբանական տարիքը կրճատել միջինում մոտ 2 տարով: Մասնագետները միաժամանակ նշում են, որ դեղամիջոցները պետք է համադրել առողջ կենսակերպի հետ՝ հիմնված միջերկրածովյան դիետայի, ֆիզիկական ակտիվության և սթրեսի նվազեցման վրա: Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի Կենսակարգավորման և գերոնտոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի մասնագետները հետազոտություն են կատարել 17 տեսակի կենդանիների, այդ թվում՝ մկների և կապիկների վրա: Արդյունքների համաձայն՝ նշված դեղամիջոցները փոխազդում են ԴՆԹ-ի հետ, ինչը բերում է սպիտակուցների արտադրության, որոնք երկարացնում են կյանքը: Ըստ մասնագետների՝ դիտարկվող դեղամիջոցները պետք է նույնպիսի ազդեցություն ունենան մարդկանց վրա: Ուսումնասիրություններից մեկի համաձայն՝ շաբաթական 5 անգամ կես ժամ վազելը կարող է կյանքը երկարացնել 9 տարով, պարբերաբար ֆիզիկական վարժություններ անող մարդիկ կարող են դանդաղեցնել օրգանիզմի բջիջների ծերացումը: Ըստ գիտնականների՝ բավական լավ արդյունքի համար այդ վարժությունները պետք է շատ ինտենսիվ լինեն: Պարզվել է նաև, որ կանանց բջիջների ծերացումը հետաձգելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օրական մինչև 30 րոպե վազել շաբաթական 5 օր, տղամարդկանց՝ մինչև 40: Հետազոտողները նշում են, որ այդպիսի ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը կարող է նույնիսկ հետաձգել կնճիռների և սպիտակ մազերի առաջացումը:
