ԱՀ ՊԲ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ, գնդապետ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը խոսել է սահմանային իրավիճակի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից անցակցվող վերջին զորավարժությունների մասին:  Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցը:

- Պարո՛ն Հասրաթյան, նախ երկու խոսքով խնդրում ենք մեկնաբանել շփման գծում տիրող օպերատիվ իրավիճակը:

- Առաջնագծում իրադրությունը լրիվությամբ գտնվում է ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների մշտական վերահսկողության ներքո: Նախորդ տարվա ապրիլյան սրացումներից հետո ընկած զարգացումների հետ համեմատած իրավիճակը հանգիստ է: Իհարկե, հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքեր լինում են, բայց ոչ նախկին ինտենսիվությամբ: Հիմնականում կիրառվում են տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներ, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում էլ՝ ականանետեր: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները դիմում են կանխարգելիչ գործողությունների և ճնշում հակառակորդի ակտիվությունը:

- Դատելով Բաքվի լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներից, տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը բավականին հաճախ է անցկացնում տարբեր մակարդակի զորավարժություններ, այդ թվում՝ թուրքական ստորաբաժանումների հետ համատեղ, որոնց ընթացքում կիրառվում են նաև իրենց զինանոցում եղած այնպիսի զինատեսակներ, ինչպիսինք, օրինակ, «ТОС» տիպի հրանետային կայանքներն են: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք այս իրողությունը:

- Զորավարժությունը զինված ուժերի մարտավարամասնագիտական պատրաստության բարձրացման կարևոր բաղադրիչներից է, և այն պարտավոր է կիրառել յուրաքանչյուր բանակ: Այլ հարց է, թե տվյալ բանակը որքանով է արդյունավետ օգտագործում նշված բաղադրիչը և ինչ նպատակ է հետապնդում դրանով: Չէի ցանկանա թերագնահատել մեր հակառակորդի կողմից անցկացվող նման միջոցառումները, բայց նաև անհնար է չնկատել դրանց վերաբերյալ անընդհատ շրջանառվող տեղեկատվությունների հաճախականությունը, որից ավելի շատ քարոզչական և, ըստ այդմ, հոգեբանական ներազդեցության տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, քան՝ արդյունավետ գործընթացի:

Ինչ վերաբերում է զորավարժությունների ընթացքում արդիական զինատեսակների կիրառմանը, ապա դա ևս բնական է:Ի դեպ Ադրբեջանը նման զինատեսակներ էր օգտագործում նաև ապրիլյան քառօրյային նախորդած շրջանի զորավարժություններում, սակայն կյանքը ցույց տվեց, որ մի բան է դրանց կիրառումը փորձադաշտում, մեկ այլ բան՝ մարտադաշտում: Այնպես որ մեր համապատասխան ծառայությունները ուշադիր հետևում են հակառակորդի ճամբարում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին և ժամանակին կատարում դրանցից բխող անհրաժեշտ քայլեր:
