 ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հունիսի 16-ին և 17-ին ադրբեջանական կողմի իրականացրած սադրանքների վերաբերյալ հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ: 

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, հայտարարությունում ասված է.

«Մեր խորին ցավակցությունն ենք հայտնում երեկ և այսօր Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև շփման գծում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացրած զինադադարի կոպտագույն խախտումների հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներին և ծառայակիցներին։

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները իրենց վերջին հայտարարության մեջ դատապարտեցին զինադադարի խախտումները` մատնանշելով, որ Ադրբեջանն է առաջինը կրակ բացում: Ադրբեջանը այսպիսի սադրանքներով է արձագանքում այդ հասցեական հայտարարությանը` ի ցույց դնելով իր ողջ արհամարհանքը:

Բաքու համանախագահների այցի նախաշեմին, առանց միջազգային պարտավորություններին համապատասխան ծանուցման լայնածավալ զորավարժությունների անցկացումը, 1994-1995 թթ. զինադադարի եռակողմ անժամկետ համաձայնագրերի շարունակական խախտումները, իրավիճակի սրմանն ուղղված նոր քայլերը, Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության կողմից միջազգային հանրությանը, առաջին հերթին Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին նետած հերթական մարտահրավերն է, որին համարժեք արձագանքի բացակայությունը կարող է ընկալվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից որպես նոր արկածախնդրությունների խրախուսում։

Ակնհայտ է, որ Բաքուն, չկարողանալով խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը տանել իր նախընտրած ուղիով, փորձում է առավելության հասնելու պատրանք ստեղծել առաջնագծում, որը նույնպես դատապարտված է ձախողման, և հղի է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով, առաջին հերթին իրավիճակի լարումը նախաձեռնող կողմի համար»:
