ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը հունիսի 21-ին ընդունել է ԳԴՀ Հյուսիս-Հռենոսյան Վեստֆալիա երկրամասի արհմիությունների միավորման երիտասարդական թևի ղեկավար Էրիկ Շլեյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպմանը ներկա էին նաև ՀՀ ագրոարդյունաբերական համակարգի աշխատողների արհեստակցական կազմակերպությունների ճյուղային հանրապետական միության նախագահ Հասմիկ Ջհանգիրյանը, ոլորտի այլ ներկայացուցիչներ:

 Ողջունելով հյուրերին` Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը կարևորել է արհմիությունների դերը աշխատողների իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործում:

«Ուժեղ արհեստակցական միությունը թույլ է տալիս վեր հանել առկա խնդիրները, բարելավել աշխատողների աշխատանքային պայմանները»,- նշել է Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը:

Պատվիրակության ղեկավար Էրիկ Շլեյն իր հերթին հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է Գերմանիայում արհմիությունների իրավական կարգավիճակն ու գործունեության կազմակերպման հիմնական սկզբունքները, ինչպես նաև արհեստակցական միությունների արդի մարտահրավերները:

Այնուհետև կողմերը քննարկել են Հայաստանում և Գերմանիայում արհմիությունների գործունեությանն առնչվող հարցեր: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է կատարվել ոլորտում գործող օրենսդրությանը, դեպի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտ երիտասարդ կադրերի ներհոսքի ապահովմանը, ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրների ներգրավմանը և այլ հարցերի, տեղեկատվություն փոխանակվել գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում ինքնազբաղ աշխատողների խնդիրների վերաբերյալ:

Կարևոր խնդիրների թվում մատնանշելով մասնագիտական կրթության որակի բարձրացման անհրաժեշտությանը` փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը միաժամանակ հավելել է, որ ագրարային ոլորտի մի շարք ուղղությունների, մասնավորապես գինեգործության, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների և պահածոյագործության ոլորտների զարգացմանը զուգահեռ աստիճանաբար նկատվում է այդ ճյուղերի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրության աճ երիտասարդների շրջանում:

Ագրոաշխատողների արհմիության նախագահ Հասմիկ Ջհանգիրյանը նշել է, որ ներկայում Հայաստանում քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում գյուղոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին ըստ ճյուղերի միավորելու ուղղությամբ` ծառացած խնդիրների լուծումն ավելի արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակով:
